Very disappointed in the service today. Places an online order and still had to wait over 15 minutes for a grande jade citrus mint tea. After asking a few times about my order I was just told it was coming. Eventually I had to ask for a refund.. so I left empty handed. Sad thing is they didn’t seem to give the excellent customer service that they usually give.

the worst experience I've ever had buying Starbucks I told her that I told her I wanted a drink called drago drink with five tablespoons of vanilla one of strawberry one of Strawberry Black Berry and she gave me what she wanted I don't know if she didn't understand me oh that thinking I told him to change it and he didn't want to and I paid almost seven dollars for that drink

I didn't even go to Starbucks!!!. I don't know why my phone prompts me to do this, but it's getting one star since this app is so intrusive that it follows me everywhere, get the places I visited wrong, then bugs & bothers me, until I do a review:(

This location always has friendly staff and is quick in processing your order. It isn't the easiest location to get in and out of, however, but I'm thankful for it since it's the closest to my work and home :)

Starbucks in Harris Teeter on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place to stop and get a quick coffee and snack. I like being able to shop for groceries and get a coffee while I am shopping or one for the road to enjoy later. The drinks are always well prepared here and my order has been right every time. I like that there is a nice sitting area here and it is good to have a business meeting because there always seems to be an open seat regardless the time of day. This is a cool Starbucks.

The customer service was horrible. I just wanted to buy a mug, but when I asked if I could pay for it, the person working said she’d get to me after she finished what she was doing. I waited for a while (my husband checked out our groceries and came to wait with me). She was standing and waiting for the microwave to stop. Seriously?!? There was plenty of time to just ring up my purchase. Very lacking in manners and courtesy. She treated the person in front of me the same way. Needless to say, I left without purchasing the mug.
A few years ago, my favorite Harris Teeter location remodeled and added this Starbucks. Since then, almost every Harris Teeter location seems to have a Starbucks- a smart decision for the company. Starbucks is in front of the self-checkouts, by the store's only entrance and exit. You can order and pay with the app, and there's a small seating area. Best of all, there's usually a tray of free samples- a great way to sell new items. The seasonal drinks aren't cheap, and I don't want to spend money on something I may not like. Often after sampling, I know what my next order will be. While it's not a free standing unit, and there's no drive-thru, this Starbucks is perfect for your grocery shopping caffeine addiction or grabbing a drink to get you through Savannah Hwy. traffic on your drive home.

Had another great experience at my local Teeter. Casey was my check out guy and he is an awesome young man. He was super efficient bagging my groceries up. He takes a lot of care in his job. Thanks ya'll for always being friendly and making me smile.

I really have taken a liking to this Harris Teeter location in West Ashley as they always seem to have everything easily accessible and right where you need to get to it. The location of this store is perfect some days as I can easily swoop in and out without a problem and get all of the groceries I need in one place. This store always seems to be clean and well run with everything I need fresh and in stock. I really like the deli and bakery here as everything is always tasty and hits the right spot. Every one that works here is very friendly and willing to stop what they are doing to help you out and make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience. Overall this is a wonderful grocery store and I know that everything is going to be good when stopping here.

We were just visiting but after 2 visits the staff remembered just how I lo,e my coffee. That is what I call good customer service.

So I just got off the phone with the manager asking if he knew where the flowers came from that they sell in the floral shop and he seemed confused. Finally he understood and said they come from their warehouse. I bought some for Mother's Day and as soon as they started to wilt small flies began to emerge by the dozens. Although I removed the flowers immediately we now have a fly problem that won't go away. I'm not going to spray chemicals so fly glue strips is all I can do. I asked the manager to message the warehouse about the infestation problem (eggs were in the flowers)but his attitude was lacking. Guess I'll stay away
