Drive through is great with the mobile appHowever if you use the mobile app and go inside you will be the last person served. Waited 30 mins for a drink that I ordered when I arrived. The drive through was totally backed up but by the time I got my order inside their was no drive through line

Very clean and well maintained. Good coffee. The usual type crowd, home office in Starbucks.. so arrive early if you need a seat. Clean restrooms. Parking is limited so you will need to park in the surrounding areas and walk. The usual long lines at the drive through.

Joey, our drive thru batista was TOP NOTCH. I am a daily starbucks visitor in all of the Beaufort county stores and this young person was the kindest and made THE best drinks I've ever had from any store, ever. This person deserves a raise and any other form of recognition available!

The slowest store in the USA, the service is really bad. I waited for my order more than 30 minutes just to get 2 caramel cappuccino.And they wasn’t even busy. The barista was busy with phone playing games or whatever he did, when I asked him to done from my order because I’m late, he didn’t even apologize for being late. And the test of my order was awful not even like what it should be.Really bad customer service, I don’t advise anyone to be there.

Great breakfast sandwich, sausage, cheese and egg. Got regular coffee which was also good for a change. Long ca4 line outside but indoors few people so service was fairly quick which is why I don't waste time waiting in my car.

What a Starbucks treat to have Jasmine as my barista! She re-made my drink to perfection and kept a genuine smile when asked to re-do. She said it was important that I was “a satisfied customer”. To this Regional Manager: For returning revenue, promote Jasmine and pay her to train Starbucks staff in customer satisfaction.
Fast, efficient and service with a smile. Gotta love those half off Thursdays to boot! The Apple crisp Oat milk Macchiato with extra shots of espresso & dark caramel is favorite! But, sometimes when it's hot on Charleston you gotta go Caramel Brulee Frappuccino!The Gingerbread Chao Latte is a nice new addition as well. Can't wait to try the new white chocolate peppermint hot cocoa... Should be a nice addition to the collection!
