As this Starbucks is on The Citadel campus, it's always busy with cadets. Great staff.Parking: Very limited parking as campus is always busy. Employees pay to park.

☕ very disappointed & disgruntled employees not willing to serve hot cocoa because they close "shortly". After convincing them to prepare 7 cups we were rushed and told to wrap cause they are closed! Merry Christmas, to you too. ?

They charge you for milk upgrade even when you ask for regular milk. I called them out on it and they admit they put it on every drink regardless.

This is definitely the worst Starbucks I have been to. I was here in the summer to order my favorite drink and my friend's drink after a busy morning of walking. I came in and waited in a very long line. When they were finally ready to take my order, the worker had no clue what he was doing. I ordered a water, a tea, and a strawberry refresher with extra strawberries and no lemonade. I watched 4 people who ordered after me receive their food / drinks. After waiting 45 minutes, we received the water and strawberry refresher (WITHOUT any strawberries AND WITH lemonade). They wouldn't give me my tea even thought I already paid for it. Haven't went back since and will not be any time soon. If there were a 0 star option, it would be clicked.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a nice ramp leading into a nice patio..before entering Starbucks..also tables and chairs on outdoor patio.. very nice ..?✋????

Clean, nice, and fast service. Nice and plentiful outdoor seating as well as indoor. In case you are unaware this is on the Citadel Campus.
Probably the only Starbucks you'll find that doesn't open their doors when they are supposed to, never have coffee brewed at 7am, and has employees that will look at you standing outside the locked doors 10 minutes after they are supposed to be open. If you have any other options for coffee I'd use them.

This is the Starbucks located on The Citadel campus. Service is quick and friendly. They have to be with all of the cadets coming in and out. Order was completed perfectly. Coffee cake was warmed up and tasted as expected. My wife comes here all the time because she works on campus. The chai latte I ordered was prepared quite nicely. Tasty and hot, just how I like it.
