Great sushi choices! As a sushi newb, I still like to see variety, but I get the same thing anyways lol. I also like that they have more than just sushi at a decent price. Manager was very friendly and conversational . He also didn't mind my husband recording (he's a videographer) which was cool. He also easily refunded us once we realized we'd over ordered too many rolls. We'll def be back!

Not impressive. Got the crunch roll with tempura shrimp and it was almost entirely tempura flakes on the inside. Basically tasted like eating a breadcrumb-sushi roll. Honestly I don’t think Ive had a worse crunch roll before. I also got the gyu-nu, which is supposed to be thinly sliced beef, eggs, and onions over rice. The thinly sliced beef was actually chunks of stew grade beef, which is totally wrong. With Mama Kim’s only a two minute down the street, I’m not sure why I would ever go here again.

totally tasteless, dripping with fat, even the soy sauce was tasteless. sticky, dirty tables, watered down soup: a few vegetables plus boiling water with noodles. vegetables in tempura was a faty, disgusting joke. price for 3 people 55$. Trust me: DON’T GO THERE

HORRIBLE I got the miso ramen and it had no flavor!! ever after adding soy sauce it was just water. "grilled" chicken had no grill marks, it wasn't ever seared. DO NOT EAT HERE I was already unsure of paying $20 for ramen, absolutely not worth it.

Perfect sushi restaurant super close the College of Charleston campus. Their sushi is delicious, fresh, and affordable! I always get the california roll with spicy Mayo and I couldn't ask for anything better! Their teriyaki chicken and rice is also delicious and again affordable.

Horrible. Food was just absolutely horrible. You'll be paying $20 bucks for gas station food. I ordered the ton katsu plate with white rice. The ton katsu was rubbery, dark brown in color, and not salted whatsoever. The sauce they gave me to use tasted like a bbq glaze you get from the grocery store. And not to mention the white rice tasted and smelled like chemicals??? I should've taken a picture but had to leave as soon as I can. Lady that helped us out to order was friendly though.

Spicy Ramen was the worst soup i’ve ever had. It tasted just like the cup of noodles you can get at a gas station. The ramen has a very little amount of vegetables and is cheap noodles with a spicy flavorless broth. For the price of $10 it’s very overpriced and not worth it…
The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big! We got the poke bowls and were full half way through. The hostess was also very nice and her service was great!

Very good sushi and very good crab rangoon. Sometimes it’s hard to find salmon skin roll. That and the rainbow roll were generous and well prepared

It's a little pricey BUT it's also Charleston, so pricey is expected. The service was fast, the atmosphere was friendly and, OMG, the Crab Wontons were amazing!

One year ago this place was amazing. I would give it 5 Stars on every review that I did. I cannot say the same now. If I could give 0 stars that is what they would get. My order on 4/6/22 was wrong. I called that night and was told there was no manager available but they took my name and number and i would be called next day. When that didnt happen, I waited until the next day and was told they would text manager right then and he would get back with me that night. When I called yesterday whoever it was that I talked with was rude, told me manger didnt speak English and what exactly did I expect them to do. I was told they couldnt offer a credit or send out the correct order. Even though the food is good, after being treated the way that I was, I will definitely be looking for another place to spend my money where it is appreciated.

This place is a real bargain. The sushi is very fresh, well-prepared and inexpensive. Nothing fancy in terms of ambiance but you can sit in a bay window and people watch while you stuff yourself with good food.
