It’s rare as heck for me to give five stars, let alone to Taco Bell. But this location on Savanah highway is hands down the best. Went through dive thru. Service excellent. Food literally excellent. Window ppl, your smiles lit up our day, you being so on point was awesome. Want good service and fresh Taco Bell. Go to this location, went through around 4:30 pm on march 05…. If this is you….if you read the reviews… awesome awesome crew

I come weekly when I've had a bad shift, orders always right and service is also friendly. Maybe they can just tell by the sound of my voice that I just had my world rocked, and I need TB and someone to call me baby. It works every time!!

Always pay for extra cheese, NEVER GET IT and have to go back in and they give me some on side. Food is good but small portions , staff is unpleasant loud and never paying attention to when you come in.

I struggled to give tbis one sfar. Ordered on the mobile app. My order was never placed as the entire staff was high and swearing and smoking in leaf in the bathroom. The whole place smells like dirty bong water. No one acknowledged me or the others waiting. No refund after I waited for over 30 minutes and attempted to cancel the order. The staff is rude and used racial slurs. They supposedly “renovated” this TB, however they need to just close. I have never seen service this bad. Don’t eat here. Don’t go here. Go to Chick-Fil-A or McDonald’s on Magwood.

I ordered food on the app well before their early close time. I drove up there and waited well over an hour for my food that they charged me for and refused to make. Apparently they got a lot of Doordash and Ubereats orders so they held up the drive thru line to make those a priority. Countless other people's drivers got the food for people who were not even there, yet I waited myself and didn't get supper or a soda. First the guy told me that they would be making my food. Then I was told they stopped all orders because it was 10 til closing so they could clean to leave! He said he would at least get me a soda from my order and then failed to even do that. I spent right at 2 hours between the wait and driving there and left without my food that I am struggling to get refunded. Don't order through the app because these folks stop making orders BEFORE CLOSING and when the drive thru is not moving you can't be for sure to get your food. AVOID THIS PLACE!

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is the most disrespectful and slowest 'fast food, restaurant. I can understand being understaffed and that is management's issue that they need to fix. Get in the kitchen and help out. However, anytime we have gone and there is multiple workers on shift, they have closed hours early. Not actually closed but will say they are closed when it's an hour or two before they actually closed. And no they are not cleaning, we've walked in before and they have just been sitting on their phones. We out a doordash order in and it got rerouted to this location when we normally order through the James Island one. Our order was not cancelled or decline. Instead our order was accepted and we had three dashers in an hour and a half try to pick it up. They would not make it even though it was an hour before they closed! Absolutely disrespectful compared to the other locations in Charleston!! There is no excuse to have us waiting for an hour and a half for our order to be made. If you are too busy to complete the order or just aren't going to make it. Atleast cancel it and don't wait our time or our three!!! dasher's time! Worst service we have ever had!

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. We waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru after paying for our food, and the employees just avoided eye contact and one just sat by the window on her phone, no one giving us any update or apology.

Of all the times we've been to this location, we've never been given all of the food we ordered and paid for. The employees are usually rude. The food is assembled poorly with minimal filling.It must be really cool to show up for work and get paid to do nothing

Worst experience the last 3 times i went to this location. Placed an order on the mobile taco bell app. Drove to the store every time to see that the pickup location in the lobby was closed. Had to get in the drive through line. There were about 15 cars on line. Even though my food was ready I had wait 30 mins to get subpar food that was cold and not prepared properly. Got the new shredded beef taco and the food was stuck to the wrapper. Food was aweful and this place either needs to close or start over.
