Been here a few times. Every time I have to knock to be let in. The employee closes whenever they want. Like as of right now there is a sign saying “be back in 30 minutes” … no you won’t. I feel bad for the mom and daughter waiting patiently and family of 3. You are losing business with employees who really don’t care.

I would NEVER go back here. I felt very uncomfortable when I walked in. A customer stared us down of course because we were ppl of color. The person who served us was very rude not welcoming and I can tell she was acting funny because we were BLACK. I didn’t make a scene because my daughter was with me but I’ll definitely post this on Facebook.

Middle aged white female worker with brunette hair was very rude. We are consistent customers and do not appreciate being treated like that. Worker wasn’t even there when we went in. We will take our business elsewhere. Selection is also not very good to begin with. James island location on folly rd.

I have never went anywhere to pay with my hard earned money for a FREE & UGLY attitude. Wasn’t greeted when we came through the door. The young lady with brown hair damn near pushed my coworker out of the way with her words. The child we had with us was very upset and did not want her frozen yo anymore before of the way she felt we were treated. Great Frozen yo. BAD customer service. I will be updating my followers about this place. Thank you.

There weren't any fruit topping offerings (except maraschino cheerios), the staff wasn't overly friendly, and it's overly expensive for what you get. We'll find another place for the summer.

Clean shop. No flavors were "out." Has high chairs. Literally SELF-SERVE but system asks for tip at check out--docked one star for that.

Plenty of flavor options! The only thing I will mention is they don't have strawberries for topping but they have PLENTY of other toppings to choose from!

I’m not one for leaving negative reviews…but this was just too funny. They’ve got what looks like a 15 year old running the place by himself, so you can imagine what the tip top standard of a 15 year old boy looks like…A layer of grime on every surface to add character, vape smoke to add a hip ambiance, and a barefoot 13 year old girlfriend running in out and to give it a youthful hoppin vibe. It felt like of those trendy speakeasy’s where’re your 20 dollar mixed drink is more of an experience than a beverage. Overall I’d say this was a 6/10 for me. Would return for marshmallow sauce and people watching.
I was trying to go to a new-ish soft serve place nearby when I found out they were closed that day. I couldn't back out on my ice cream craving now and TCBY was the closest option to satisfy said cravings. We walked in and noticed that it was spotless inside which is a good sign. All the machines were working so you get maximum flavor options and the topping station was tidy and fresh. What more can you ask for other than the price being crazy high. I know it's all based on weight, but I can get comparable ice cream action without spending $20 for 2 cups (not super full either).

We showed up about 30 minutes to closing and the guy working was so nice and friendly! He gave us spoons to try a couple flavors when I asked if he’d tried them before & wanted his opinion. Ended up getting way too many toppings because there was just way too many good ones to decide! Haha! The place was very clean too!
