First ever and last ever review.. If you know you know. Long and short of it, this hotel is immaculate. Butler service, gourmet breakfast daily to the room, arrival cocktail's, complimentary mini fridge and one of the chillest, casual classy lounges I've been to. Imagine Johnny Cash, Karl Lagerfeld and Dean Martin opened a bar then hired the Kennedy's to Manage the hotel

A friend told us about this place and we decided to check it out. We had high expectations for the cocktails and our bartender exceeded them - well executed and perfectly balanced. The small bar room isn’t bad to look at either while enjoying your drinks.

The hotel is situated in the heart of historic downtown. Steps away from the harbor, close to the shopping area and many restaurants. It's also a walking distance to most of the Charleston museums, galleries, and other attractions. The hotel is very comfortable. Located on a quiet street. Rooms are spacious, king size bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms are large enough for 2 people. Showers are great. Rooms are very clean. The bar is stocked with free water and soda. Delicious free snacks and coffee/tea. Our room came with free breakfast which was delivered to the room by a butler. The breakfast was delicious and we had a variety of options. The bartender was a bit overwhelming but friendly. The bar is the lobby is very cozy, delicious drink menu and friendly service. There is no restaurant in the hotel. You pay the price but it was worth it for us. Enjoy.

Expensive but worth it! Lots of little touches like breakfast delivered daily, lots of yummy chocolates, and snacks and a refrigerator full of drinks... all included in the cost of the room. The service was so impressive. The butler was so knowledgeable about restaurants and the areas around the hotel and was super patient and welcoming. They steamed my jacket and had it looking perfect for dinner. The staff couldn't have been more responsive throughout the weekend. The hotel bar was super chic and also great service.

I was very impressed with this speakeasy era themed bar (not an actual speakeasy). Apparently the bar was incorrectly labeled on maps. Anyways I went there and sat at the bar where I could talk to a very crafty and smart bartender who came up with all the drinks. Every drink was very well crafted and different. You can't find drinks like these anywhere else. The bartender was very good at conversation and the place overall is very low key and easy to carry a conversation.

Stumbled across this bar as we were looking for a cocktail bar, it's a hidden gem.We sat at the bar and ordered an amazing Old fashioned, and a mezcal drink made with hot honey and tasted like Nashville hot chicken. It was such an interesting drink that was very unique and memorable.

A gem amongst so many imitators, but not to be compared. The cocktail artisan/bar keep Allen, has created a list of carefully balanced delicious libations. I tried a different cocktail every evening, and each was smooth, refreshing and surprisingly unique. He’s a cool dude???? with great ideas, taste buds and a face fitting for a Harley Davidson ad!!Addendum: shout out the the one and only Ice Man!!!!

The most relaxing, handsome bar in Charleston with lovely drinks. Easily became my favorite.

Great drinks and atmosphere!

This Little Piggy with the bacon infused whiskey filled my mouth with flavor and the Repent and Redeem (very Catholic) was a great twist on a blood orange margarita with a chili orange foam. Cameron behind the bar was a master. Will be stopping in again tomorrow night.
