This bar seems to be a haven for worst kind of people. Catch me anywhere else

Bye bye you were bad for Dogs and racist, so glad to see you go, because you (owner Chad) don't care about Dogs, Black people in Charleston and the history they've endured. Such a NOTHING, no one will miss. Neither will the Dogs, trust me.

Really cool place for both you and your dog to enjoy. Good beer selection and there is always a delicious food truck. When the water is high enough your dog can even go for a swim.

The Barrel is one of our favorite places. Our most recent visit was a bummer, it seems they are never cleaning the outside area. The smell of urine is overwhelming.

The worse customer service will share with my locals in Charleston

Cute place but from the moment we stepped into the place I noticed the stench of dog urine. We got a beer and ended up rushing to finish it so we could get out of there because the smell was so bad… and it was outdoors and nighttime! Don’t want to imagine how it must be at noon on a summer day.

Lots of good beer, surrounded by dogs, spacious, friendly service…would definitely come back.

This place has all you could want! About 30 craft beers on tap, wine and a full dog park complete with water for the pooches to swim in. If I lived in South Carolina this would be my go to for sure! Will definitely be back.

Literally love this place, we take our pups as often as we can. Live music, pet Friendly and safely enclosed, clean nice big bathrooms lots of beers on tap and individual bottles or kegs refills For sale. They also bring in food trucks so you don't have to venture on home on an empty belly.

So much fun!!! Different every time! Check the tides if your pup likes to swim or bring a towel and shampoo! Good beers, good vibes!

Favorite spot to take our dog from Folly Beach. Excellent beer selection, good vibes, and talented musicians on the weekends. Definitely worth a visit!

Really cool with a wide selection of craft and micro brews. The outside is great with all of the dogs hanging around. It was great fun to watch one of the dogs participate in the cornhole game.

Come here all the time and frankly never had a worse experience. Before you allow drinking on the job, I would make sure the bartenders aren't angry drunks. The girl bartender talked down to everyone and was CLEARLY extremely intoxicated, spent most of her time talking to the people she had hanging with her behind the bar. Our tab was closed out around 10 (might I add we had only had two drinks AKA no need to cut us off) with no last call or heads up then when we went up for another drink we were told not only that we were closed out, but also to "tip better next time" although we were never presented a check to tip on in the first place. Whichever girl was working this Monday night should definitely reconsider working food and bev. As someone who has quite literally never given a single review and works food and bev myself, this was really unfortunate to write. Table across from us had much more crass things to say, but we thought it'd be best to keep this PG.
