It was my Sister's birthday and they accommodated our 15 minutes, before last call shenanigans. Lol. Nice staff, great atmosphere, will definitely return.

Friends of ours stayed at the Vendue while we were in Charleston. We were all excited to visit the Rooftop. On Thursday when we arrived we were able to find seats and order food rather quickly. Friday and Saturday the Rooftop was hosting a Bachelorette kick off party and the place was slammed. We found a table, but after sitting for over 20 minutes and never being served, we left. Our friends were quite upset and disappointed that after choosing this hotel and paying an average of $700+ a night, they were not able to enjoy the on thing that sold them on staying here. We all agreed that there should be designated seating for guests of the hotel. Overall, we were all disappointed with the experience.

There are many rooftops bars in Charleston – unfortunately we’re not able to experience all of them, but we did this one and our server Dana made it five star quality such an enjoyable experience talking to her. She took such good care of us. - she knows about Customer Service and that can make a break a restaurant.

I hadn’t been here in years, but this place sure fell off. Garish decor, the view isn’t what it once was, and prices are just stupid.

This was a very fun place for a casual dinner! The view from the top deck was fantastic, and, if weather permits, I recommend sitting up there. It was too windy for us so we sat at an open air table below, and had a great experience. We loved our waitress who was pleasant and genuinely friendly. Service was excellent. Our cocktails were both delicious. Food is reasonably priced and the portions are moderate -- in a good way! It was plentiful enough that I was able to finish my entree and feel comfortable, not stuffed-- perfect for someone who was taught to finish everything on her plate. Lol. The food was made with quality ingredients. I had a Greek salad with chicken which was lovely -- the chicken tasted brined and was a bit too salty, but it was grilled to perfection. The greens, cucumbers, etc were very fresh. My husand had the grilled shrimp quesadilla and he loved it. He also said that the ingredients tasted very fresh.Overall, great experience for a fun casual happy hour-like dinner at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

SLOW!! If you’re okay spending an hour and a half without food, then come on in!They completely ignored us when we first sat ourselves; we then moved to the bar where we got ignored. Ordered drinks, then got left to figure out our own way to order food. A different RUDE server took our order and laid out the remark that they’re always this slow and it’s gonna be a while to get our food. Fast forward 30 minutes and we still have not received our food, and our original server has vanished never to return. I hate it here. They keep saying they’re busy, Google is saying it’s not busy and so I’m just assuming these people have never been trained in the food serving industry. Finally got our food an hour later, I got the bbq chicken sandwich with fries, it was alright but not worth an hour wait. My boyfriend got the Mac and cheese bites which I must say were the very best!

Not sure why this place has more than 2 stars. Place was about 7/8s full and people were complaining about how slow it was. Staff said it was too busy. It wasn’t that busy. Avoid this place if you can they will wast your time. Been almost an hour waiting for our food.

Drinks were good. There is a pretty view of the city from this roof top. No water view.

Might give it another chance just for drinks and the "rooftop" factor. But there didn't seem to be a lot of effort put into food or service and prices are not great.

Great rooftop bar. Lots of seating on two levels, each with it's own bar and table service if you're seated. Great views, decent bar food, and good drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible. There are lots of steps and the elevator is small.

Great concept, but we waited over an hour and a half for our food, and the food was not good at all. I feel they would do better to stay a rooftop bar and skip serving the food. Our waitress was great and apologetic.Fish tacos are a huge no.. one small piece of fish chunk( was merely a tiny bite) with the chips and salsa that wasn't freshly made. I went and looked at their photos in review, and this was nothing like they had. Couldn't even be bothered to toast the taco. His lunch came, and it wasn't even what he ordered!Macaroni and cheese bites were the best part of this restaurant along with our waitress that busted her butt doing her job, all by herself....Get the Mac bites and drinks, skip the rest. Our one short stop here in Charleston and was hoping for great food. We then went to Jimmy John's in Mt Pleasant, and it was delicious.
