Dinner here was a complete catastrophe. The host is too busy schmoozing with a table to notice the line waiting to be seated. Then goes back to talking up his friends ti notice no one getting drinks or food orders. Way over priced for the quality as well. You’d be better off going to the cook out next

As a local I used to enjoy a great complete buffet breakfast with great service, food & fresh fruit for @ $17 often. Now, limited selection (no bacon),server brought coffee & the check...never checked on us.And the fruit bar served canned fruit in heavy syrup...all for $25.I won't be dining here again any time soon.

Trotter’s atmosphere was relaxed finer dining. We ate here while staying at the Town and Country Inn and Suites. We had seen some not so great reviews but they all had a common theme, they were not ordering the food the restaurant was known for. They are known for their Southern Fried Chicken! So, I steered my family in that direction. My husband had the fried chicken and said it was the best he ever had, it was better than the fried chicken we had at Paula Deen’s. I had the fried chicken livers and they were delicious. My sone had the fried chicken sandwich and fries. He liked the sandwich but said the fries were awesome.

Fried chicken was kind of bland. My husband had the French dip and it was disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and there was no wait. However, the food was extremely mediocre. There are definitely better places to eat in CHS, and especially so for the price you pay here. We were told certain things were all inclusive, and this was not the case. They charge extra for every little thing. Including refills. By the time I left I was out well over $80.00 and this was for nothing more than two entrees with one side each and an appetizer plus drink refills.
Beautiful place, food was good and the service was great. Went there for a reception for a funeral and it all looked amazing. The food could have been better and marked for people that need to know. I ate some food that I am allergic too as I didn't know. But I do not blame the staff there, I just wish it was marked so people know.

Location is good across street from Hotel. Food was good but thought pricing was high for the quantity of food received. Staff where prompt and friendly though.

We were staying at Town & Country Inn & Suites so based on reviews we decided to eat here. We had 2 bowls of French onion soup, 10” sausage pizza, Cuban sandwich with cole slaw, French dip with cole slaw, a ham & cheese omelet with French fries, 3 sodas & 1 water. The soup was tasteless with very mushy onions, pizza was covered with tasteless cheese & slivers of dried out sausage, Cuban sandwich was greasy & blah, French dip was ok. The omelet was good but French fries bad. The cole slaw was good. Overall the meal was terrible & cost $100 plus tip. Wait staff was nice

Stopped here for breakfast because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed. The service was great, and the food was terrific.

We selected trotters restaurant, because the site where it used indicated trotters had outdoor dining. Upon arrival we discovered the outdoor dining was on the second floor with no elevator. Because of one person in our party in a wheelchair and the second person using a walker, we were not able to use the stairs, therefore, we were not able to enjoy outdoor dining as we had hoped. In addition, the threshold to enter, the restaurant was hot wheelchair friendly. The food and service on the other hand were outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, upbeat, yet professional. The pasta Primavera was simply fabulous! I had shrimp added for an extra fee. Our table shared an order of potstickers, which were fried to perfection.
