I'm giving it a 3 star because the return was fast and easy. Not that many cashiers so the lines were long and slow. The bathroom was stocked but needed to be cleaned.

Really like this particular Walmart. Very relaxed vibe every time I'm here. Guess that's the James Island way of life. Basically same products you'll find at every Wally World. Employees have always been friendly to me and never waited in long lines to checkout.

There isn't the option to review just the vision center so I'm doing the review here.... I have a current glasses prescription FROM WALMART yet the employee working the vision center today was beyond rude and unhelpful. I wanted to order glasses online, but I need my PD measured and it isn't shown on my prescription. I asked if she could measure it for me (takes two seconds with their little machine) and she immediately said no. I'm sure they have it in their system too and she still said no... she said no so quickly it was as if she was just DYING to inconvenience me. I've gone into a different Walmart now and they helped me with no issue or hesitation. She was a petite woman with blonde hair. If you see her, flip her off for me. I don't know what was up that lady's a** today but she was in a MOOD.

Beware of bait and switch at this Walmart! They are advertising, with displays, one price then ringing customers up for a different price. I found a blender the I liked for $79 per the display and when we rang it up it said $99. We complained but the manager would not correct the issue. She said one must have been moving the displays around. Yeah right. This is the first time I have been to Walmart in a while. Usually shop Amazon. Should have stuck with what works.
The Walmart Pharmacy at the Walmart Supercenter on Folly Road has great customer service and provides the best in assistance for all pharmacy needs. They have been friendly and efficient in all of the interactions I have had with them and they make everything a pleasant experience. Really good pharmacy.

The Walmart Pharmacy has a tough job as they have to fill an incredible number of prescriptions to fill per day. They are always slammed, and you will likely wait a long while to pick up your prescription, consult the pharmacist, and/or buy medications for cold/allergy. Walmart offers the most affordable prescriptions, many at no cost to the customer. The pharmacist and techs work very hard, and most still have a good attitude. I will probably continue using my local pharmacy, but am sure this would be a great pharmacy for a good deal.

Oh my god I hate this place..... The staff is super rude and they're always out of stuff. If you ask someone for help, you get cut nasty looks, ignored, or told "I don't know". Guess that's what happens when you hire felons. Unfortunately, it's the only Walmart within reasonable distance from my home, so I've just come to expect the experience.

Walmart is not my favorite. This location is alright... mostly just conveniently placed near my house. They have it all at this place. Hardware, plants, seasonal, grocery. It is massive and has a ton of product. The parking lot is several football fields wide, which is necessary considering how busy it is here at all times. Seriously, I've been here at midnight and there are still people here! Prepare for a walk to get inside regardless.

Walmart is.. well, it's not the best. We all know what it is- and sometimes it is too convenient to stop here and not have to trek out further away. The Walmart on JI manages to ALWAYS be busy. I don't understand how a store that is open 24 hours a day can always be jamming, but this one is a popular destination! Coming here in the middle of summer? Good luck, my friend. Be prepared to walk half a mile from the back of the parking lot! Customer service here is not the best. Sometimes you'll run into someone who is helpful and will at least attempt to help you find something. Most of the employees don't seem to know where anything is and will slink away from you at the first chance. I get it, but it can be irritating to be on your own in this gigantic warehouse store looking for something specific! Ultimately, it's convenient, which is why I come here. I am grateful to have it, as it saves me from having to go far off the island often enough. Check out tip- be sure to check your bag carousel that you have everything! If your cashier is not diligent and you aren't paying close attention, you can easily leave something behind. I have done this once or twice, and witnessed it happening to people in front of me!
