The food, the service and the cocktails were on point! Ben and Niles took great care of us at the bar. I'm still thinking about the Farro salad! So much flavor.

From the minute we walked in to the restaurant, which truly does have a “warehouse” vibe, until we left, we were treated like VIP. Valentina and Josiah took wonderful care of us, serving and explaining the exceptional food and lovely wines. Each dish was unique and excellent. We did the tasting menu, in which we were asked to choose between the Duck and Lamb, as well as Chocolate or Cheesecake for dessert. We each chose the opposite and shared. Both were delicious. The other 4 dishes, including a palette cleanser after the entree, were chosen for us, but did not disappoint. Excellently prepared and very nice presentation. Truly a fun place. We enjoyed people watching. At around 9 o'clock it becomes very lively, so conversation is difficult, but we were warned ahead of time. Instead we just relished in the ambience. Clearly it is a popular place, even though set down the street off of King St - so a bit off the beaten path. James, the owner, has found a good balance between gourmet and trendy. And clearly, a great “bar” scene as well! Definitely a place to check out when in town visiting, or even as a local.

Calling yourself “Lux” and charging your customers with a 4% additional fee on their bill for using their credit card is literally an oxymoron. You have no idea what “Lux” means. You cheapened your customer experience and your brand. Good lux with that.

We dined at Warehouse | The Lux last night and it was an experience to remember. We decided to go with the tasting menu and it was their first night offering the new Spring menu. The food was incredible and every person at the table said “This is one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten” at some point during the night. Each dish was beautifully presented and so delicious. Sometimes with tasting menus you leave still hungry and we all left so full. Really incredible experience and would definitely recommend for a special night out in Charleston.

Had a few kids with us and threw the kitchen a curve-ball (they can be picky sometimes). The whole team was very accommodating and the food was delicious! The wine prices were fantastic as well.

I had high expectations for this place. This was based on the majority of reviews I previously read. I ordered the croquettes, the beef tartare, and the fried chicken appetizers in lieu of an entree. First off, the portions and overall quality were lacking for what I was charged for these individual dishes. To drill down a bit, the croquettes had “potato” listed as an ingredient. They appeared to be deep fried breaded cheese balls. I neither tasted nor observed anything remotely potato like. Moreover, the croquettes did not appear to be made in-house. They were closer to something found at a local fair. The beef tartare was the best of the bunch. Though, It was a fairly run of the mill dish. I will give the dish a B+, and that might be a tad generous. The fried chicken was possibly the most disappointing. It was clearly overly dry, in both texture and taste. Again this appetizer appeared to lack the freshness I normally associate with in-house made dishes. With all the good to great restaurants in Charleston, I don't need to return to this one. Yet, the ambience and decor are nice and the staff are lovely. Moreover, their issues are fixable. I hope they improve.

15 years in Charleston and this is by far the best brunch experience I have ever had. An absolute gem. 5 incredible small brunch plates that will blow your mind. The cocktails are also incredible. We are very lucky to have them in Charleston.

Nice place, attentive staff and well made food - the kanpachi appetizer was especially good.I don't like being charged 4% to use a credit card though, and it will influence my decision of whether or not I return.

Just WOW!!!! From the moment you walk in the ambiance is just perfect ! The waitress was super nice ! We ordered the Carolina cowgirl to drink which was good ! For appetizer we got the LFG chicken little kick to it and has For those of you who can't do that.. but I literally licked the plate !!!! ... then for main dish we ordered the beef for two.. ribeye steak comes with a sauce that I just LOVED ... we ordered extra sauce ... sooo good and came with 3 sides but the only one that mattered was the truffle mashed potatoes just a home run !!!!! Then for dessert we ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bread pudding ‍‍‍ ... as per my husbands words .. this was a "hall of fame" meal !!! Amazing and highly recommended if you're passing through Charleston SC!

Review for brunch. Service is fine - food is not. No wonder it was empty on a Sunday morning Nothing more to say really.

They charge $9 a shot of rumple. That should say enough. Haven fun coming here and losing all your money.

Being 60 plus something's we were a little apprehensive. But it was a quiet night and let me tell you the food was out of this world!! Guys split the duck for two and us girls got the chicken for two. Guys said it was the best duck they had ever had. The chicken was delicious and the sauce and potatoes were were Devine ! Our server was awesome as well. Don't let the fact that it's for the younger crowd. You won't be disappointed

Went for two beers. When I closed my tab there was 6 other shots and mixed drinks on my tab. When I told the bartender he said “that’s tough.” I eventually was refunded because they put someone else’s drinks on my tab but it was wildly unprofessional of the bartender to act that way when I was sober and being polite.

Everything was really good. My favorite dish was the Kanpachi. My dining partner didn't care for the nori flavor in the carbonara but I loved it. Great spot for trying a bunch of plates and sharing everything.
