I went to pick up an order after being told by the app that it was ready, I ended up waiting another 45 mins in the restaurant just for it to be wrong. I checked my bag and there were no fries and no large ranch. Not to mention once I did get my "voodoo fries" They were completely unseasoned/undressed. I'd say out of 8 times I've ordered from here it's been right once. There were tenders missing and the large ranch I paid almost $5 for was 2 small containers instead. I've handed this company at least $25 of my dollars for ranch that I've never received. The service is absolutely pathetic, I went to the pick up station to give my name on my order and the massive 17 year old looked every where but at me. He avoided any and all eye contact like I was the sun and completely ignored me when I said excuse me a few times. I've heard some nasty stories about this place lately and over all it's a joke of an establishment. -10/10 don't waste your money or your time here.

On April 26 I Went To WingStop And I Ordered Me A 8 Piece Combo. When I Got Home My Fries Was Cold. And 20 Minutes Later My Stomach Was Hurting. My Stomach Didn’t Stop Hurting Until 2 Hours Later. I Honestly Think Something Was Wrong With The Chicken. I’m Very Disappointed About My Food .

literally the worst food i’ve ever eaten. i ordered uber eats and the bag came covered in wing sauce. the bag had more sauce than the wings. they even forgot my ranch, so disappointing. the wings were soggy and cold, barely edible. i should have listened to the reviews this is terrible.

Ordered 20 bone in wings plain via Doordash and they were way overcooked, dry and inedible. It cost me over $42 with tip. I'm extremely disappointed and will NEVER order these again. Just gross.

Service is horrible worst service I’ve ever had all three times it’s been awful food is pretty good honestly too bad you have to wait an hour to pay for food that is INSANELY overpriced. Worst pricing I’ve ever seen. 4 dollars per tender is an insane ask 12 bucks for three tenders outrageous. Besides the price I’d like to reiterate how awful the service is it would take way to many words to even begin explaining.
