The girl at the window was very rude. She made the wrong drinks then got angry when I was trying to tell her. I was still trying to be nice being that we hadn't gotten our food but geez why do people work in service areas when they don't know how to interact with others. I don't understand. She gave us different drinks and they were still not what we asked for, we just kept them because I believe the second time she did it was intentional. My food was also in the bag when she handed it to us and not in the box anymore. Horrible experience.

The girl at the register was rude made sure to give me the hardest cookies ever earpods in her ears so of course I had to keep repeating my self cause she couldn’t hear their definition of the go big for the fries is a BIG JOKE!!!! Gave me the same amount I would get for a regular meal and try to say thats extra fries Lobby is disgusting the drink station is disgusting and stinks I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person

Oh my, this Zaxby’s is the best one I have been to in my whole life. They were so freaking sweet, we had to wait a lil while (like 2 min) for them to finish making the fried pickles and they gave us cookies as an apology. I just can’t believe how amazing they were and they just were so outstanding. I will forever be coming to this Zaxby’s no matter the distance or time.

I ordered Big Zax snack with coleslaw and a half & half tea. Coleslaw was not in a separate container so it mixed with the chicken fingers and toast. Toast was kind of hard. Drink was not half & half tea, it was Coke. Seriously? First bad experience at this location.
