A Sunday: It was nearly 5 minutes per vehicle in the drive-through. I had three or four vehicles in front of me, so I was there for 15-20 minutes after I placed my order. Terrible service!...UPDATE: I went back a couple days later. There was no line. My order went very well and very efficiently; and she said "have a blessed day" as I got ready to drive off; and the food was really good. (I ordered a Whopper and onion rings).I'll leave it to readers to decide based on my Sunday experience in my weekday experience at this Burger King, with my star-rating being the average of both experiences.

Went threw drivethrew ordered my food went to window paid for my food they gave me my drink I sat at the window for 20 min befor anyone came back and told me the broiler just went down it took them 20 min 20 figure out that it wasn't working no I don't think so this isn't the first time I have had problems with this burger King they don't have to worry about me returning to that location

Whoppers had rotted lettuce and tomatoes, burger looked like it was cooked around 5 hours before I ordered it.Gotta say the AM was great, got a full refund,which is a first for me.

I eat at the Cheraw burger king twice daily almost Every dayI always order the same thing (cheeseburger no pickles and small fries) yesterday they gave me a double cheeseburger I adoand fries, I called them and they said they would give me a fresh cheeseburger, I asked the 'manager if I get just a few fries and she got huffy with me and said in a hateful tone "COME GET YOUR BURGER" so I went inside (which I never do) and the older guy inside got huffy with me also. Almost all the cashier's know me and are VERY friendly. If wasn't for your burger and fries being so good I would never go back! I even have a BK card from Walmart and am planning on buying a 150 dollar card tomorrow when I get paidI just can't believe that they would treat a LOYALcustomer like thatI'm still planning on eating there because I just don't like Wendy's or Hardee's.Thanks

Today's crew was the winning crew! From greeting customers to the food itself. At this rate we'll continue to dine here. Hasn't always been this way but it's times like this when we just sit and listen to the interactions between staff and consumers and are pleased at what we hear. Wife, daughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch and glad that we did. Keep serving the community like this and we'll keep supporting yall.
I waited several minutes behind another car at the drive thru. I pulled up to order and waited several minutes and no one responded. The entire drive thru looks like it hasn't been cleaned or checked on in months. I wonder if the kitchen is as poorly maintained.

The store hours say 6am to 10pm. I came at 9:12 pm and the store was closed. Drove around the store and one of the employees was outside smoking a cigarette saying on Saturdays and Sundays they close at nine.

This store is always empty and will have lights off at 8pm like they don't want customers. They are always running out of items & the attitude that comes from this store (even managers) isnt worth the subpar food. You have one or two decent people working there. I came through the drive thru an hour before they close to pick up my mobile order, but I had to pull up to the window because no one answered. The lady at the window plain as day said, "You better come get this damn girl with this damn mobile order". To a customer! Then was rude telling me they didn't have the order & they weren't taking any. She could have just said they were closed. This store is going to end up like the old Burger King where the Alco is now. Closed & Replaced.

They have very nasty attitudes. They had forgot to put something in my bag and then when I went up there, they caught an attitude with me. Go anywhere else but here. I was just simply wanting something I bought. They need better management and workers.
