We had the manicotti and lasagna, salads, garlic red skinned potatoes and their seasoned buttered bread. Food was hot and fresh. Service was great our waitress was very friendly and kept the drinks full.
The food here was amazing. I had the manicotti's they were delicious. The owner was very nice and came and checked on us. Will visit again next year when we travel through there.

The Pee Dee region isn't exactly known for it's eclectic restaurants choices. Instead, it's mostly buffets, fast food, chain restaurants, and barbecue, of which we have some of the best in the country. However, El-Sherif's brings a nice Mediterranean taste to north central South Carolina.
