The lady at the Wendy OLD WHITE LADY .. has no common sense & she always rushing somebody to order . She fills the drinks up half way when you ask for no ice . She needs to be fired . The manager is just as slow as the other lady mentioned . They are rude and VERY incompetent . Cheraw do better !

Wendy's has lost their way. Service in multiple locations has been slow. Cheraw was no different. Very slow but at least our order was right. The restaurant never seems clean. Workers are ambling about trying to look busy while the customer waits. Poor.

The rudest lady I’ve ever encountered at a drive thru. I ordered a #3 no drink she gave me only nuggets then as I was looking for my fries she abruptly stated “what are you looking for” I responded “my fries” she stated what she think I ordered which was wrong then as I corrected her she rudely showed the receipt saying “this is what you paid for” I had to go back around the only problem I had was her unnecessary attitude
Been here before and enjoyed the quiet. Just the wife and I able to enjoy good food and time together.

They say they open at 9... 905 and the doors are locked. They are letting people in as they see fit. I know this because they let an elderly couple in as I was pulling in..looked at me parking and proceeded to shut and lock the door
