We absolutely love this place! The servers are very attentive! The manager is always great, and we enjoy our frequent visits here. We did just witness an awful customer who seemed to complain about everything despite the way the server took care of them. The food looked great (as always), but the customer could not be made happy. Check out 4 Paws!

Our first time there. We ordered the pretzels and beer cheese for an appetizer. My wife had the fish and chips. I had the philly cheese steak. The pretzels and beer cheese were good but they didn't bring us any plates so we had to eat them on napkins. The waitress was very inattentive. She was busy talking to friends. She actually sat in the both. It took ten minutes to get a cup of ice. My philly was supposed to be on a toasted hoagie and it wasn't. I asked for mayonnaise and she brought me one packet, only one. My wife's fish was over cooked , dark brown and over crispy. The waitress didn't check on us until my wife was finished and I didn't finish half of mine because I needed more mayo. I spoke with a manager. He took my philly off the bill, but he didn't seem to care about the customer service.

The 4 Paws fries are the best I've ever tasted! I didn't even need ketchup! Our sandwiches were perfect too!

We decided to give this place a try based on the good reviews. First off the service was great. Our server/bartender was very friendly. The beer was cold. Based on his recommendation my husband ordered chicken cordon q, which my husband said was really good, but under seasoned. Because we were told they were known for their burgers, I decided to try the build your own burger. While the burger was juicy, it was over cooked and bland. No flavor what so ever. The fries were hot and tasted pretty good so 4 stars. Would we go back? Maybe, but not for a burger.

Tried 3 times to order take out....once through TigersToGo....then through Grubhub....all 3 orders cancel due to can't fulfill order....it's a wing place and we attempted to order wings each time....stay away,....you will not get your food...

Been there before. It takes a long time to get food. The food is good, but nothing special.
Excellent service and fun atmosphere even during Covid! Everything was clean and they were following appropriate safety guidelines. The Billdozer and BLFGT with pimento cheese are my favorites, but on my most recent visit I had the nachos made with tots and added brisket -- so delicious!

Typical old southern dinner. Go here for the nostalgia of an authentic southern small town dinning experience. If your looking for modern health food this ain't the place. If your looking for southern comfort food in an authentic non chain dinner then you've struck gold. Highly recommend.

Truly disappointed, normally come here 2-3 times a week and it's been decent. Today on the other had has been a terrible experience. Ordered a burger that is normally a go to for me. Came out super dry and barely anything on it. Talked to the kitchen staff and expressed my concern, they apologized and said thanks for the feedback. Didn't offer to remake the burger or take it off the bill. The guy waiting on me asked if I needed a box I laughed and said no. He didn't bother to ask why or if everything came out ok. Just continued with his mid day closing routine. Owner of the place was walking around taking food to tables paying no attention. So I paid $20 for some flat beer a burger I couldn't eat and some French fries.
