My fries were cold, so I went back and asked for fresh ones. Not only did the guy at the window have an attitude, he didn't even bother to put them in a bag! They also told me that it would take 40 minutes just to cook some fresh Mac and cheese.

The first time I had a bad experience here I wasn’t going to post a review, but this time was so bad I felt like I had to. To begin with the dining room was closed by 7:30. Note that the door on the building says it closes at 9 and the restaurant closes fully at 10. Next we went through the drive through and they did not allow us to have separate orders and took an insanely long time to take our order which was only two kids meals and a rice. Once we got up to the window they were unsure of which order was mine and claimed they were out of honey mustard. To add to this the fries were almost uneatable they tasted so old. The first experience happened about the same way and was around the same time. They claimed that they closed the inside because they were low on workers but we saw people inside with uniforms on just standing around and talking. Not to mention how rude the employees were to me when I asked about siting inside. Overall I am super disappointed with my experiences here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second time I have come to this location at 7pm and the dining room is closed. The first time an employee stared at me and shook her finger no when I reached for the door, there were many employees inside sitting and talking. This second time the door was locked and the sign says the dining room closes at 9pm. When at the drive through they acted confused and like they didn’t know how to take my order and it was just a kids meal. My fries were inedible and tasted microwaved. They said they didn’t have tea yet were drinking tea out of a jug clear seen from the drive through and they gave me a boberry biscuit inside of my kids meal box with no frosting on it. The employees were rude and acted as if they were closing soon both times when they aren’t supposed to close for HOURS.
