I did not feel like the customer service was handled very well. I went inside to pickup a mobile order. I stood there probably 10 minutes waiting for my order. Nobody ask if I needed anything. I finally ask where my order was and here it was sitting behind the counter. While I was standing there one of the employees was not acting very manner ly and was throwing things at another employee.

Been to a ton of chick fil a’s and this one a numerous of times. Has got to be the slowest chick fil a on the planet. Sat in drive thru 30 plus mins.and still waiting. if i knew how to refund my money on here, I would and ride though the next door neighbors. Now that i have gotten to the place where to get my order, they don’t see it. Took 21 mins to get from front corner to pick up spot… 20 ft.

Slowest drive through in Chick-fil-A history. After multiple visits I had to leave a review. Average wait 20+ minutes. Visits have ranges from 7-8:30pm. Never more than one team member outside and they are just taking payments and dispersing food. There is obviously some type of management issues. Staff is friendly.

Slowest chick fil A ever. Love everything about Clemson but this chick fil A. Went twice while in town and sat in drive thru for 20 min. And the drive thru set up does not flow correctly.

asked for an empty salad bowl, couldn’t give me an empty salad bowl because of store policy. offered to pay for empty salad bowl, nope gotta order a whole salad. all i wanted was an empty bowl and now i’m bowless and my girlfriend is upset. Thanks for the disappointment chick fil a.

Slowest CFA I’ve ever been to. Wait time for food in the drive through is always at least 15-30 minutes. Employees stop taking orders in the drive through at a certain point instead of walking down to take the other orders.

This is the closest chick fil a to me and it’s is so ungodly slow. I love chick fil a but I’m tempted to start driving further so I’m not having to wait forever. No people outside helping people and when I finally get to the speaker to tell them it’s a mobile order I’m told to wait and I wait several minutes as the other lines has already had 4 cars order and drive away from the speaker. Very disappointing.

Ordered a kale salad with two almonds. Waited in the drive thru at least 6 minutes (will give them that it was still breakfast) but finally got a kale salad. No dressing. Two granola and not almonds. No fork. Also got a side of egg which I had to eat with my fingers. Y'all gotta do better.

This CFA normally runs like a well oiled machine. However, I'm leaving a poor review because my order was incorrect on several counts last night.I normally order something uncomplicated via the app but last night my friend and I decided to order via the speaker and get Mac & cheese as our sides instead of fries. When we received our food there were still fries in the bag, so when I asked for a correction and requested that we keep the fries as complimentary, they took them back and threw them away!! WHY. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT??I know it's tough being in food service so I didn't mind the mistake, especially during the evening rush. But the fact that they threw away some perfectly good waffle fries right in front of me was appalling. Company policy shouldn't be to waste food, especially not something that already went out to the customer. And to add insult to injury, they got my drink order wrong too :(Chick Fil A is the highest standard of fast food service and I expected better.TL;DR: if you make a mistake, comp it!!
