There was no lettuce or sauce on any of our food even when requested. I paid for double fajita veggies and got none! There was no note at pickup, or asking if we’d like something else.

Tonight's Chipotle experience was the absolute worst. I walked in around 9pm, two hours before closing, only to find out that there was a 25-30 minute wait for all meat options. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, and it's beyond frustrating. What made it even worse was how the coworkers seemed almost gleeful to tell me about the long wait time. It's incredibly disappointing when a restaurant fails to meet basic expectations, especially when it's a chain like Chipotle. I hope they address these issues because it's seriously affecting the overall dining experience for customers like myself.

Honestly this is just ridiculous……every time that I go to Chipotle I have to cross my fingers that they have what I want. I would be more understanding if this was a once in a blue moon type of thing but this is all the time. With hours left before closing why are you out of all these things. Chipotle is a great brand that clearly just can’t keep up with the demand

I ordered online so I could pick it up quickly and go. However, this was not the case. I walked and immediately a worker was yelling at customers “we don’t have chicken or steak!” Apparently the grill was broken. So I went to the front and asked about my order since I had ordered chicken. They said they had beef or carnitas and I chose beef. While I was waiting the workers were arguing with each other and yelling. After 20 more minutes of waiting, I got my bowl. I had carnitas, not beef, all clumped together and a topping was missing.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this is literally the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Staff was incredibly unprofessional. They were out of a quarter of their ingredients. The place was a mess, and not a single staff member seemed to care at all. Do not eat here.

Workers were rude and complaining about more customers coming in. And talking about me and my friends right in front of us. I get it’s annoying when you’re about to close but it was literally 10:15 and talking about customers that were in the restaurant very loudly on purpose is so unprofessional. I understand the frustration but they could’ve at least had the decency to wait until no one was in the restaurant.

Food was decent. Not the best Chipotle I have had but not bad. It was the absolutely deplorable condition of the restaurant. We went in at 8:30 pm during Clemson's Spring Break. If they didn't have enough staff to maintain the dining area, they should have closed early. Employees were civil, but seemed overworked. It was filthy and depressing. I won't be braving a normal (or even slow) Clemson parking day to come back to this location. Moe's is the better choice.

Ordered from this location off of DoorDash and they completely messed up my order as well as not adding ingredients (queso and guac) that costed up to an extra $6.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would stay away unless you’d like nothing close to what you ordered every time and if you try to get it fixed they simply won’t answer the phone

This place was a disaster from the moment I walked in the flithly door! Windows had not been cleaned so I can only imagine how dirty the door handle was. Walked into the restaurant and immediately saw trash on the floor and overflowed trash cans. There were maybe 2-3 people ahead of us in line. The girl working the bar told everybody that they were out of queso, black beans, and lettuce! I finally get my order taken. They were almost emptied out containers of everything and what was there looked undercooked, not ripe enough (tomatoes) and the corn looked like it hadn't even been thawed tbh! She tried to give me the scrapings off the bottom of the queso tub and when I ask her to just get me new queso she answered with we are out. Not even 2 minutes later, someone comes out with piping hot queso! Seem like a bunch of lazy teens running it

This is the most garbage Chipotle I have ever been to. I can’t remember the last time I received an order online that was made correctly or enjoyed any food I’ve ever gotten from here. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ESPECIALLY MONEY!
