Had the worst experience tonight the girl at the window cut us off in the middle of our order not to mention got our order all wrong and when we mentioned it too her she got a very bad attitude. Then proceeded to get it wrong again and on top of that we asked for a receipt and she said I already gave it to you when I handed your food out I told you that. Mind you it was not the right receipt and not what we paid. Then we went to ask for ketchup and mustard for our corn dogs and she shuts the window in our face so my husband had to go back in to get it which is fine it isn't about that is is about how rude she was to us. I have been management in fast food for a good while and that is not how you do people if you aren't capable of doing the job and treat people with kindness go somewhere else it was tonight March 1st at 10:23 pm at the Clemson location

Second time in a Cook Out. Since this one is in a college town, there may be forces at work that are skewing this review. Place was somewhat dirty and a bit run down. Ladies restroom has no partitions around two toilets and one was stopped up! Drink dispensers are behind serving counter.The fries and onion rings varied in amount between our three platters. Fries were over cooked- brownish instead of golden. BUT the rings were AAA perfect. Wife's Chocolate cherry shakewas excellent. My first visit to a Cook Out was last week in North Myrtle Beach and it was VERY positive.

30 mins in line 2 as line one just kept moving. Get to the speaker finally just to be met with one of the rudest people I have ever met in my 15 years in customer service. Waiting on my food he's just walking around the back on his phone hitting his vape. I understand it's late and everybody is tired, but you chose that job. Do better! And was missing food on top of that. Order#2333 at 3:09 on February 11th. By the way when I worked at cookout way back in the day, pre closing 2 hours before close was very frowned upon....

Really bad experience at this location tonight. The food was cold, hot dogs barely had any chili on them. Employee at the drive thru window was incredibly rude. Kept trying to tell him I was missing things and he continuously closed the window in my face before making sure everything was settled. When he finally spoke to me, he elected to say “dude… I can’t hear you,” as he had his hood up with AirPods in his ears. Customer service is clearly not a priority for this store.Update: hot dogs in my tray were also missing half of the toppings I ordered and paid for.

Maybe the trick is to be really drunk so you don't notice (or care) about taste and temperature. Friendly staff but food was inexcusably terrible and it didn't used to be that way.

Is it cheap, yea. Is it good, questionable, do I still eat there. Very rarely... usually get a BBQ plate and fries. Milkshakes are trash!
The place is not clean @ all.Everything is greasy. •Tables, chairs , walls and floors.•The ladies bathroom is greasy as well. Plus the toilet is leaking. There is water everywhere. Then where ppl flush with their . Dirty splashed black water all on the wall. Pee all down the toilets. I just washed my hands and walked out.I got 4 hush puppies. My chicken sandwich ? , (burnt pieces all over it) * Can y'all actually change the grease?*. Had one itty bitty piece of lettuce that was paper thin and didn't even cover the tomato slice?.By this point I was just like. Yeah this is terrible.So I just ate a few bites. My 4 itty bitty hush puppies and left.My quesadilla was alright.Will never return!!!!

Had to repeat my order to the cashier more than once as her attention wasn't there. Order came out slightly wrong, ordered a plain hotdog and a cook-out hotdog, received 2 cook-out hotdogs. Food was bland and not that great.What's up with the lemons bathroom having two stalls and no walls? We didn't use the men's room so cannot comment.
