Great food & a nice change from the normal bar food at most of the other restaurants downtown Clemson. Had the whiskey burger with truffle fries & both were very flavorful. Highly recommend!

Just not my type of place. I think a lot of purple would like it.

We love Evolve! Our favorite items are the Brussels sprouts & the French dip. The food is always good as well as the service. The location is ideal for visiting Clemson. We just keep coming back here for more!

Great food. Ordered wings, burgers, shrimp po'boys and rolls. Would particularly recommend the shrimp roll. The 6$ whiskey cocktail was surprisingly good. Their syrups choices are innovative pair well with the rest of the recipe. Was at Clemson for a one time event, but would visit often if I was a local.Locals probably know this, but for visitors, you can park at the nearby church lot if you want to avoid street parking.

Ehh. Nothing to write home about. We had heard good things, and that they were really good, and healthier. I'm not sure what to think, because I didn't really see anything that stood out to me on the menu as unique or healthier. We shared the club sandwich w a side cesar salad. It was just okay. Not bad, not great. Just a basic sandwich. Same w the salad. Nothing I'd think about again, but filled out bellies for that moment. My son got the kids cheese quesadilla and he liked it fine. Again, nothing amazing.I'm guessing this place is known for other items on the menu? Or maybe the basic classics just appeal to the college kids? Wasn't sure what the hype was.The server and host were nice. We sat outside our front. Service was okay, not great. Probably no need to go back.

My wife "begged" me to take her there cuz it was so "phenomenal" last time she went with her sister. It got busy quickly and they were understaffed. We waited an hour for sandwiches. One person waiting on the entire bar which is surprising large. Slow service, food was NOT GOOD. Fried green tomoatoes were the size of potatoes. Under cooked too; breading was running under neath. My wife had the chicken Sandwhich which was cold and rubbery with cold Truffle fries (AKA Potato wedges!). I got the cuban which was Luke warm, no flavor and cold Truffle fries. I ate one fry, my wife at one fry and 3 bites of her Sandwhich. A blind waitress/waitor could tell we weren't satisfied. We just paid and left and will never return. Not worth the money.

The food was fantastic! My daughter had the steak tacos and said it was the best tacos she's ever had in her life. I had the Keowee salad with steak. It was so fresh and delicious.

Actually didn't get to try the food because no one would wait on us. Walked in and were pointed to a table in the back. No one came with a menu or asking for a drink order. Others came in and were served and we just sat and waited eventually deciding that was enough and left.

We were lucky to happen to sit at the bar for this, our first visit to Evolve. Plus, the bartender, relatively new to this position, was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Sorry we didn’t get her name, but she was true icing on the cake. Thanks and all the best in your life journey!Btw, … Awesome food! I had the kale, avocado, pomegranate, feta, pecan salad with grilled shrimp. Wow!

Wife and I had lunch here after visiting the SC Botanical Gardens nearby. She had the "FGBL" - Fried green tomato, bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich with homemade potato chips. I had the shrimp tacos with chips & salsa. Everything was delicious, and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. "Graham" was our server, and also the bartender I think. He welcomed us and did a fabulous job.
