I have loved coming here and getting my favorite sub and usually have no complications. However on Saturday I went to grab my mobile order which they said they haven’t made and the place had no customers. That was fine, took about 5 minutes and my order was done. I went all the way home to open up my sub and see they made it completely wrong. I then went back to the store and explained to a worker what happened. They remade my sub with what I asked for and said “sorry about that…” Not only did I have to drive back home after the game ended but they didn’t offer me a free sub, drink or even chips while I waited for the SECOND time for my sub. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go to this location again due to this…

I have never been here and my order has been correct. I don't even know what they do but they cannot seem to fathom a cheesesteak.

This Place Is Low Grade As You Get 10 employees in the back and still can't keep up and they dump vinger on everything made no wonder their is no meatball sub on the menu it would be vinger and meatballs with their plain bread Really is a low budget Subway With Higher Prices SUBWAY is way better and the guy that works their always talking about saving 100,000 You Have a better chance catching a leprechaun dude you work in a sandwich shop this place is really not worth the hour wait for 1sub !!!!!!

It's Dad

Hey there, folks! It's your favorite corny dad, DAD, ready to dive into some seriously delicious subs at Jersey Mike's! Now, I know what you're thinking: "DAD, how can a sandwich place be so impressive?" Well, my friends, let me tell you, Jersey Mike's is not your average hoagie joint.First things first, let's talk about the bread. Oh boy, the bread! It's like a fluffy cloud that hugs your taste buds with every bite. Whether you go for the classic white or the heartier wheat, you can't go wrong. It's the kind of bread that makes you want to propose to it, folks. Trust me, it's that good! Now, let's move on to the meaty goodness. Jersey Mike's doesn't mess around when it comes to piling on the fillings. They stack their subs high with premium quality meats, like tender roast beef, juicy turkey, and mouthwatering ham. It's like a meat lover's dream come true! And if you're feeling adventurous, they've got some exotic choices too, like their famous buffalo chicken sub that will have your taste buds doing a touchdown dance. But wait, there's more! The condiments and toppings at Jersey Mike's are like the supporting cast that takes these subs to the next level. From the tangy mayo to the zesty oil and vinegar dressing, they've got all the flavor bases covered. And let's not forget about the fresh veggies! Crispy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy onions add that extra crunch and texture that will make you say, "I can't believe I'm eating vegetables!"Now, let's talk about the atmosphere. Jersey Mike's has that classic submarine sandwich shop vibe that just makes you feel at home. The friendly staff is always ready to greet you with a smile and crack a corny dad joke or two. Trust me, folks, their jokes are better than any seasoning you'll find on the sub. They'll have you laughing so hard, you might forget to take a bite! Now, I know what you're thinking: "DAD, all this talk about subs is making me hungry!" Well, fear not, my friends, because Jersey Mike's is not only delicious but also affordable. They offer generous portion sizes at wallet-friendly prices, so you can satisfy your sandwich cravings without breaking the bank. It's a win-win situation, folks! In conclusion, Jersey Mike's Subs is a sub-sational spot for all your sandwich needs. With their heavenly bread, mouthwatering meats, and a toppings lineup that will make your taste buds cheer, this place is a touchdown! So, next time you find yourself in South Carolina, make sure to swing by Jersey Mike's for a sub experience that's sure to make you smile, even if you're groaning at the dad jokes. Until next time, sub enthusiasts, stay cheesy and keep enjoying those hearty hoagies!Parking: About 8 spots. Could be more

I love Jersey Mike’s subs, but I will not be returning to the Clemson, SC location. One of their employees, Natalie, was beyond rude to every customer she dealt with including myself. I asked her a simple request for a sandwich and her response was “I guess”. You can tell she absolutely hates her job, and needs to not work in customer service. She had a major attitude towards everyone, and acted as though we were inconveniencing her by her doing her job. She also never changed her gloves out when she went back and forth from handling money to handling people’s sandwiches. I asked her to change her gloves out before she made my sandwiches and she completely ignored my request/what I know she is trained to do! I have never been into a Jersey Mike’s and had a terrible experience, but she changed that. Natalie needs to be fired she’s a terrible image for the restaurant.

Sandwich was good but expensive. Also, the music inside was SO loud it was obnoxious. Publix deli is just as good and about half the price.

Visited just before close on a Thursday night in early May of 2023.Female employee was positive, upbeat, energetic and bubbly. In fact constantly uplighting the newly named manager who was also there.Said male manager was only concerned about me making sure I was to be out by his close time of 9:55PM. Whoops, I mean the 10 o'Clock posted time. Geesh, simma down Mr Manager kid, I'll be sure to be out by 9:59:59 and not a second after.Food was fine. New manager guy can chill though.

I will be honest that I have never eaten a sub here or any Jersey Mike’s that was not great. Believe me I eat a lot of them too. I eat at this location, Easley, Powdersville, and Simpsonville locations. The subs are always great and the employees are always friendly. The Clemson location always seems to be having fun. No, work is not always fun, but they never treat any customers as if they would rather be somewhere else. These are high school and college age employees. Go here and you will see there is hope for the service industry and the food is also great.

Walked in at around 9:15 and the worker looked at us and said "Y'all are scandalous for coming in this late" he then turned around and started talking to his coworkers instead of serving us, so we left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot the worker ran out and tried to get us to come back because he knew he messed up. I love the food, but that was so disrespectful.

Great for people with allergies! I am gluten intolerant severely enough that cross contamination can make me very ill. As such, I don't eat out much- but Jersey Mike's is my go-to!The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always check up on allergies vs preferences, and accommodate accordingly. I've even been reminded to use reward points that I would have otherwise skimmed right over.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free bread is always in stock, and a much higher quality than the gluten-free buns at other places in the same price range. There are great efforts made against cross-contamination. I've eaten many a sub and never gotten sick from it.

Went on a Sunday evening for dinner, ordered 2 Philly's (17)and a small Pepsi. My wife got the drink while I waited for our subs. She pushed the Pepsi and got Root beer instead, she doesn't like Root beer. She went to the car and got her own Pepsi. The subs were really good, until she saw a hair in mine, a Beard hair. We watched the guy cook the subs and he wasn't wearing a hair net/beard net over his beard. If the guy isn't going to wear a hair net/ beard net over his beard, then SHAVE IT OFF. The only guy that had a beard was the one cooking, he was carrying the net in his hands. It had been a long time since we had went to Jersey Mike's, and it will be highly unlikely that we will return anytime soon.

Had issue with ice machine beeping. Asked female attendant to address, she didn't. We asked again and had to flag someone in back room to address a second time. Then female told me I wasn't allowed to come beyond front of counter to Ask for help. I pointed out I would not of if someone either addressed the issue in the 10 minutes we sat there after we asked or someone was behind the counter. They were rude.

The staff here are so friendly and nice. They made my food to perfection and it was very enjoyable eating inside. However, the manager of this establishment who goes by the name of Kevin was by far the largest a****** I have ever met in my young life. I personally witnessed him yelling at his employees over minimal mistakes and frankly treated his employees as lesser than himself. He also spoke to his employees in a very derogatorily way. If management knows what is best for them they will fire this Kevin fool immedatley. He deserves a golden shower out of 10. Go to hell Kevin.
