My wife and I sat down at 1pm today to have lunch. There were 5 other customers in the restaurant. After 10 minutes of being ignored by the one waitress and one bartender who appeared to be doing nothing - we left. They saw us - but never said hello, or came over to our table to take an order Looks like a cool place - just not sure what the staff is thinking about.

After visiting well over a hundred breweries in the US, sometimes you have a stand out.Passing through Clemson on the way to go camping in Pisgah, we stopped in Kite Hill Brewing to get 2 flights. Every single one of the 8 beers were exceptional. Sometimes out of 18 beers on draft you will have one or two that are decent, but to have all eight be that good is very rare indeed.

Located in a business center, this place is a welcome addition to the "businesses" in the complex. Was fortunate enough to be staying in the area and it was a short walk away. Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about what they are serving. They actually taste and take their products home, which says a lot. They had 16 beers on tap and I would have loved to try them all but the 5 I had were delicious. They also serve apps and sandwiches too. And if beer isn't your thing, they have cider, seltzer, or soda. Also, pet and kid friendly. As well as kid eats. Would highly recommend.

Great atmosphere inside and out, with an awesome story - 2 Clemson Alumni. So you are supporting local guys. A variety of beer selections and the perfect spot to hit before a game. Snag a picture with the big mural on the wall for another memory saved!
Are you looking for some good brews while you're in town for the Clemson game? Kite Hill brewing offers a copious amount of beer options, so there's likely going to be something everyone will like! They also offer some food options if you find yourself craving some non drinkable carbs.The inside of the brewery pays tribute to Clemson University and also gives a more industrial vibe! The real selling point of this brewery is their covered patio area and adjacent grass area, so you can bring your kids or furry friends. During my visit, I enjoyed a flight of beers (4 beers) and the bartender was more than happy to provide some recommendations. While all of the beers were good, my favorite was the pretty as a peach. Definitely recommend giving this place a try! Cheers!
