Had a fabulous quick snack in the bar area and it was fabulous. Loved the atmosphere and service was great. Nice little gem in Clemson. The salmon sliders were great! Looking forward to returning.

This review will be short. We stopped in Friday night at 8ish to have a cocktail and apps at the bar. Within 15 minutes of sitting down, we got up and walked out. Awful impression, low energy and inattentive bartender(s) and bar staff. No acknowledgment, no water, no cocktail, NO CHANCE we’ll return. This place needs local competition (or someone in charge who cares to make a difference).

Great food, excellent service, and reasonable prices for upscale dining. We have eaten there, in Clemson, several times and have never been disappointed. A special entree or two might add a unique appeal for those wanting something other than the menu A GREAT PLACE TO EAT

Food was great a little pricey but that was expected. They brought our food out to the wrong table so that was kind of awkward. I also didn't like the small table they sat us at. Other than that a great experience. I would go back after I try a few more places.

We had an amazing experience, from the inviting ambience, attentiveness of the staff, and last but not least the food. The food presentation and taste were outstanding. The filet was cooked perfectly!

This is the BEST place to eat in Clemson. We love everything about it. Our server Indis ( I'm not sure that's the correct spelling ) was wonderful but we've never had a bad experience there with anyone or anything ! The food is consistently outstanding. Reservations are a must - even on weeknights. We can't wait to come back.
Our party of four enjoyed my husband's birthday dinner last night. The food was excellent, especially the steaks and salads. The she crab soup was also terrific. The service was attentive and helpful - all in all a lovely evening!

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Rick Erwin's. We've been multiple times to various RE and we really enjoy the Clemson location the best. Call it the “Clemson Effect” or whatever you like but there is a difference. From the moment you walk in it just feels different. A warm smile greets you as soon as you come in. I'm assuming some of these employees are Clemson students but they are always sweet, inviting, and attentive. I believe our hostess was “Kenna”. She welcomed us and asked for our name. As soon as I told her she smiled brightly and wished my wife a happy birthday. That alone meant the world to us that the hostess took the time to note that it was her birthday on the reservation. Then the manager, Liam, walked up and welcomed us and also wished my wife a happy birthday. You already know that the experience is going to be spectacular when details like this are taken care of. We were sat in a booth and there was a card signed by the staff with more birthday wishes. We settled in and our waitress, Courtney, greeted us with southern charm and an attitude that assured us that we were going to have a great dining experience. And this young lady could sell ketchup to an Eskimo wearing white gloves because if she mentioned it, we ordered it. The drinks that were on special for that night - gottem'! The buffalo cauliflower appetizer - yes ma'am! And we don't even like spicy, but it was delicious! My wife took advantage of the 3 course special and I literally ordered the steak Courtney mentioned (wet aged ribeye) and the lobster tail. My wife's entree portion was a small filet and it is so consistently good that she simply doesn't waver from ordering it. I've never ordered the wet aged ribeye and let me tell you, it was phenomenal. Cooked perfectly and so flavorful that I savored every bite. With a lobster tail and mac & cheese, my meal was fantastic. So, when in Clemson, go to RE and enjoy the hospitality and the atmosphere of exquisite dining in a small town!

Dinner and dessert took forever to arrive and my dish was warm at best. The short rib was tasty but very tough and dry. But because we waited so long for our dinner to be served I did not send it back.

This is by far the best restaurant in Clemson. My daughter always requests that I take her here when I visit and I don't blame her. The food here is incredible. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing.

I had the surf and turf with the lobster tail added. It was waay over seasoned and not many asparagus. Bartender with a beard was rude. Probably not going back.
