Sadly eco-ing the review of the person below me, we reserved the spot for 1:15 on a Sunday with a group of 5, the website listed it as an open reservation slot, so we locked it in and paid. Pricey, but it was going to be a fun time. We arrived 10 minutes before our slot as recommended and the door was locked. The owner communicated that they received the payment but would be canceling our order because they did not have staff for the day.I have received no refund, or farther communication from them. Call ahead and only pay in person. Do not trust them online.

I had such a horrible experience here. I booked Stump House Axe Throwing for a group of friends for my husband’s birthday. We booked it for noon, and prepaid. When we arrived, the door was locked and the lights were off. We waited for over an hour and they still were not open. We called multiple times and left many voicemails. I never write reviews, especially negative ones, but this was over a week ago and we have still had no response. We also tried emailing, and we still did not get an answer. I have yet to receive a refund, and it was very pricey. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Fantastic atmosphere with chill bartenders/Axperts who are very professional, friendly & wonderful to speak with. Can’t have a complete Clemson experience without throwing some axes.

Great staff, service, and beer selection. An hour of throwing for $20 is probably the best entertainment deal in Clemson. Definitely a great place for a group event. Honestly best place to have fun on a weekend in Clemson.

Fun Place! My first time throwing axes in a controlled environment and I liked it. A little concerned that it's named Stump, but I left with all my limbs. We went with two other couples and it was a hoot. The person working the night we went was very friendly and helpful for six nubies. Nice beer selection and some wine as well. The guacamole was excellent. Plus it's in a great location in downtown Clemson. Give axe throwing a shot at SHA Throwing, you won't be sorry!

Had a great time after the Clemson v UCONN game. Very affordable rates (by the hour) and good beer selection. Staff is very friendly and walked us through safety and a couple of competitive games. Will be coming back next year
