Very disappointed. I just flew in and there are limited options in the area for food at this time of night.I ordered 3-soft taco supreme w extra cheese, add onions and jalapeños. I received tacos with no cheese and an absolutely disgusting creamy colored sauce on them. I can only assume I received someone else's order despite my name and order being correct on the receipt. And, they were cold. Door Dasher was super fast to deliver and it appears the store was only 4-min away. I have called the store multiple times and no one answers.

Put a mobile order in, went through the drive through and got the order from a nice lady at the window. We pulled around to inspect the bag and had to go back in for missing a whole cravings box. The cook came out to argue that he knew he put it in there. We said to look through the bag but it wasn't there. The two folks cooking have horrible attitudes. The younger drive through lady was very helpful.

order was19.37 gave them 20 dollar bill and 37 cent 1 quarter 1 dime and 2 pennies, got back 90cent, told them they owed me a dollar and gave them back the change and was told I needed to come in to fix the 10cent they did not count when handed the change. They still owe me a dollar. Its a shame that young people can't count these days without the help of computers.

The drive thru had the MOST kind, considerate, accommodating, wonderful people working tonight (8/19/23) also the food was great, and honestly even if it weren't I'd go back any shift they were working because 10/10 customer service go give them a raise right now. (Also I don't know their names, so better just up the ante for the whole shift to be safe) from the moment they greeted us, they exuded kindness and were above and beyond.

Never eating in seneca againOne thing is they have gotten way to $$$ it shouldn't be cheaper to seat down at a mexican resturant and get more food then to eat here. They have forgotten the people that made them big on a good cheap menu
