We stopped and ordered a 3 piece meal and 3 piece wing .Then we waited 30 min.I went and ask were our food was it wasn't even being made at all .Then waited another 25 minutes.Then the food was not good .There was a gentleman came in waited and never got waited on so he left.

Make sure to check your order before leaving this place my son ordered a 12 piece meal and cost $47 got home all he had in the chicken bucket was 7 pieces of chicken 5 biscuits and his 3 sides. He called to tell them and Manager told him to bring it back and that she knows there was 12 pieces of chicken cause she watched the employee and she counted it as they were putting it in the bucket, but by that time the children had already started eating and plus he lives a good ways from here it would have cost more in gas to go back. Why didn't the Manager just get his name and let him come back tomorrow on his way home from work and make it right to give him the rest of his order. KFC in Clinton is a rip off and can't count obviously.

Every time I’ve been there lately they’re ALWAYS out of something. I ordered 12 count of tacos just to get home a find out there’s no lettuce. A couple pieces of cheese a tablespoon of meat. They never said anything about not having everything to make my order. Today all I wanted was a med drink I get to the window and the girl wants to charge me almost 4.00 dollars for a medium drink and then informs me that they ran out of medium cups and that I was going to have to get a large. They should have charged me for a medium it not my fault they were out of cups and didn’t tell me so I could make my own decision how much I wanted to spend

Worst food chain around! Horrible food and service. And when you call to let them know THEY made a mistake they wanna scream at you. As a fellow fast food worker I would never for one be so rude and nasty but I wouldn't serve ANYONE old nasty food you can't even bite into! This place needs to be shut down ASAP! or they need to FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!! This place is just ridiculous!!!

On 3/21/23 around 6:20 pm I ordered 4 of the new chicken wraps and a potato taco. I didn't receive my potato taco and all 4 of my wraps had extremely old chicken in them that you couldn't even bite into. When I called the clinton sc kfc to let them know. The lady who answered the phone decided instead of making it right wanted to scream at me and be extremely unprofessional amd rude. I personally work in fast food and understand it can be overwhelming. But I would NEVER serve someone old food and scream at them especially if I was in the wrong. I expect it to be made right! And If it's not I will contact the better business unacceptablebureau and the news and personally have this location shut down! This is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. This is the absolute worst food chain in laurens and clinton sc. All the employees are awful and rude and the food is the same!!! I expect to hear something within a day or so before I take this further!

Store employees were very friendly and ready to take your order. Also were very informative on where the condiments were and if you didn't see what you wanted to let them know and they would get it for you. Another employee came out and done with us for a few minutes while he was making sure everything was clean in the sitting area. Very enjoyable experience.
