Im single and always looking for good food , i found it at Trotters , fantastic fried fish , mac n cheese is the bomb , corn on the cobb and their banana puddn will make knock ur cousin out so you can take his bowl ! The lady at the counter is nice and always smiling , the server is the bomb , she never let my tea glass get below half - she was on it , ill definitely be back soon

After found out that local "big boy country style restaurant" was permanently closed, we ended up here, and their food was delicious, will come again on a different day, because every day they have their own special food, and yes it's a "all you can eat buffet" restaurant

Passing through Clinton on the way to Columbia...OMG....1st time eating here and it is AWESOME!!!! Southern cooking at its best. Great selections. Super friendly staff. Very affordable. You will be missing something great if you dont try it.

We live about 45 minutes away and decided to give Trotters a try because it was a beautiful day and we were up for a drive. I'm so glad we did!Their fried chicken, fried wings, fried fish and baked fish are outstanding! The hush puppies were delicious. We also had Mac and cheese which was pure heaven with the slightly crispy browned top. My husband had mashed potatoes with gravy and a side of green beans while I went for the greens and potato salad. Everything looked and smelled so good that we wanted to try a little bit of everything. We ate way more than we needed but it was all just too good and very reasonably priced for a buffet.The food was constantly being monitored for refills and everything was very hot. These folks are really on top of everything.If you are in Clinton (or anywhere in the Upstate) and looking for a great meal, stop by Trotters. You won't be sorry...unless you eat too much ;)
