Not fast food. This location is anything but fast. It seemed like a social visit was more important in the drive thru than serving food. I'm all about friendliness, but when there's a line up (clearly), it's not the time for a leisurely chit chat. When I passed my phone to be scanned for the code they took so long that my screen went into energy saving mode (and no its not that fast). To make matters worse I didn't feel the greatest after I had my salad from there either. I would be reluctant to go back.

Out of paper towels in men's room. Out of receipt paper at the cash registers. Drink machine in customer area was out of several things. Staff didn't seem to care about any of it.

My friend and I went just before 9pm tonight and it was closed?!..Why say you are open, when you're not?! I get it's America but, really?... needs to stop and let people know the real opening hours surely. Tourists do visit, strangely! ?

March 17th Sunday-I am usually not one to complain, but this location is disgusting. Whoever the girl is at the front counter needs to find a different job. She has a terrible attitude, was very disrespectful to my children and speaks very poorly of the company...Besides that, the bathroom was disgusting as well. I think there's more urine on the wall and the floor than actually in the toilet. Obviously there's no cleaning schedule and nobody cares.

First walked in and went to register the employee was leaning against the wall,and on his phone, so I thought he was on a break, he did wait on me.We got taco salads,which we've gotten before at other Wendy's its always been good, these were really watery,no flavor, mad at myself for not saying anything, we were traveling just wanted to get back 9n road

I always order hamburgers, no cheese. I had to return my order to get a new hamburger. They were polite and took the cheese burger back to replace it with a hamburger. Of course by the time it was replaced my fries were cold. I'm ready to give up on all restaurants to get my order correct .

Clinton, SC Wendy’s. The employees were (only two couples in dining area) playing, laughing, cussing but had time to not get my order right and anther customer came in while we were eating complaining about a hair in his milkshake. He left without anything being done.Extremely poor customer service. Franchise owner should know.
