“I moved to Lake Wylie, SC a year ago. First order of business...find a Dunkin Donuts! ? From my first visit to the Lake Wylie location at 335 Vesla Lane, the workers and service were absolutely the best!Now, a little more than a year later, only one thing has changed...the workers are like family to me! They are soooo...pleasant and totally service minded. Virtually every day, a very nice note is written on my coffee container, such as, "Thank you, Del! Have a nice day" and a smiling face, "Happy Friday" and more.I have never had such great service and pleasant personalities at any other Dunkin Donuts locations.Thank you to everyone there for making my days so much brighter!! “Doordash and they constantly try to get you to confirm the order before they even hand it to you... As a Dasher on the app it says that we are required to have the order in our hands before we confirm that we have it. They need to hand the bag over first because having people confirm it and walking around the back with the bag in your hand or setting it down on the counter and forgetting what you're doing is really getting on people's nerves. Customers don't like it. And the dashers don't appreciate them messing with their ratings“
“amazing service specially with the lovely fluff baby who is your welcoming host the place is so airy free spirited light and come on they have every flavor too and types of coffee to hot to blender. They were so friendly and welcoming to me I was new coming in here heard great things and helped me out and explained anything to me that I didn’t get and the taste of pure real coffee is so nice I would recommend coming everytime and will be again“

“This coffee cart is fabulous, so many different options available. They come to my office about once a month and they are the only truck I will stand in line for. I have ordered a new flavored drink each time and I have never been disappointed. The owner has a way of mixing flavors and making the most yummy creations. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are also accommodating with multiple non-dairy options.“
“Came in for dinner with the family. Staff was so welcoming and kind. Felt just like home as I walked through the door. We had the smoked wings. Crispy yet juicy with a fantastic smokey flavor. The country style spare ribs were fantastic. Tender, juicy and flavorful. Homemade rolls were soft and hot. Courtney was phenomenal with her coffee master skills. Absolutely loved the caramel mocha Frappuccino.Restaurant was very clean. Loved the cozy feeling while sitting down with my family for dinner. Would absolutely visit again! “I've never been greeted as I've entered a Starbucks before, it was like I was a regular! Anyway super nice staff, quick service, and coffee was solid! Seating was spacious and had some outdoor tables and semi covered area. Oh and it's right off of I-85 which is super convenient“
“This little place is the Best! The food and coffee are delicious, as are the baked treats at the end of the counter. We are visiting from Maine and are very happy to have found this shop. Although there was a very minor error made to our order, the staff went out of their way to make it right for us. The employees are all friendly and they clearly appreciate their customers. We will certainly visit again!!“
