I had a terrible experience today at Hardee’s. We decided to use our coupons for a bogo hamburger and 10 piece chicken tenders.
First they messed up the order and gave me 3 hamburgers. Fixed, no problem. When I got home the chicken pieces are super small. Mostly breading and way over cooked which makes them difficult to chew, they are pretty hard. And while all of the pieces were small, one piece was smaller than a chicken nugget. SMH.
The staff were very nice.
If I lived closer I would bring it back .

Every time I visit, I always get great service. Food is fresh and hot. Staff is always friendly, which isn't the norm in fast food now days.

Usually I come through the drive-through but today I went inside to use the restroom. Bathrooms were clean, the staff was super nice, The sweet tea was excellent too! Just wanted to give them credit.

I ordered a burger combo, and 2 shakes. They handed both shakes to me, 1 which had no whipped cream as requested. The 1 with no whip cream was literally half a shake. I asked for another shake that was full. The girl told me that they are pre-made in the mornings. She did give me another shake that was full, and handed me my bag. She shut the window and walked away. My food was cold and she did not give me my drink. I spent 21.44 for 2 shakes and cold food with no drink. I don't think I will be going back to that location. Nobody there likes their job on this location and it shows.

The employees were plenty friendly and pleasant. The restaurant itself was a little run down, not the cleanest but not terrible either there. They were out of chicken tenders so I got a chicken sandwich. The patty was small and dry, mostly just a bun.
