Of course had to take home Ostrich Filets and Lobster Tails for dinner Saturday nite! And no haters out there, Ostrich cooks up like and is the consistency of beef, with similar taste, and sine I eat my steaks mediam rare, that's how I cooked the Ostrich. Pared with grilled asparagus and baked potato.
