I gave them my order at the speaker and told them 2 times at the speaker my order and I wanted fire sauce okay well I get to the window guy asked me if I wanted sauce I told him again I wanted fire sauce so I’m leaving the girl that took my order and the guy that took my money was starring at me and laughing so then I get home my whole order was wrong and I had no fire sauce. I don’t know how many times I had to repeat myself to these people for them to still mess up my order.

New management/staff is killing it!!! Good choice getting a bunch of women in there. They’ve turned themselves around!!

I ordered a pick up at the window online. They made me go back in line and lose my place never got my food. Never coming back to the Taco Bell on Vesla in clover SC again. Didn’t even get a refund.

Always rude. When I was parking my car, the worker didn't want to close her car door for me to get my food and had an attitude about it. So I parked in another spot with no issues. I order my food and it was cold and not cooked all the way. Horrible service. They are just completely rude. If you don't want to work, then you don't have to. But if you're gonna work, at least have some common respect to people.

They just can't seem to find a flow. Door dash, drive thru, and dining in is too much for this location. Plan on waiting, but at least it's clean.

Actually the best customer service I have seen from any Taco Bell post Covid. Friendly staff, fast service, and the tasty tacos we all know and love! Will make a point to swing back by this location next time I am nearby!

I walked in at lunch time to get three soft tacos. There were two workers standing behind the counter just staring at me. Finally the woman asked if i needed to place an order, i said yes, to which she replied "use the kiosk, we are short handed'. Two people standing there doing NOTHING except for staring at me. I dont use kiosks for the simple reason everyone and their brother has rubbed their fingers all over them. So needless to say i left and probably wont be back for quite awhile.

The employees are friendly enough, but the food is haphazardly put together, sometimes cold, and they never get the order right… every time I get delivery they are missing 2-3 items, and some of the items I get are wrong.
Simple ..low cost and service was top notch. ?
