Will you play store order outside through the drive-thru and the guy gave my food to somebody else finally after sitting there for 20 minutes he realized I'm still sitting there I couldn't do anything cuz I had kids in the car he's like I thought we brought you your order I said know you gave it away I said here's my receipt please get my order the kids are hungry it's been 20 minutes so I had to sit there and wait another 10 minutes for my food.

You should stick to chicken NOT SHRIMP went there sat to try the shrimp. It was awful also didn't like the added fee (mine was only 22cents) however I won't be back 1: the shrimp was not good and why should have to pay to be waited on. JUST ANOTHER WAY TO GET EXTRA MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER SO BYE BYE

I avoid Zaxby’s in the Ft Mill/Charlotte area because of the bad service I’ve received on numerous occasions. While in the Lake Wylie area today, I decided to try the Zaxby’s there. I’m so glad I did because the service and food was great. The employees are professional and friendly, a great combination. I was moving kind of slow as I gathered my payment and that didn’t result in eye rolling or heavy breathing, etc. The young lady was kind and understanding as I searched for my debit card. The employee who handed me my food was also very pleasant as well as the young lady who brought my drink outside to me. The hiring manager here, clearly knows what they’re doing when it comes to finding great people with great customer service skills.

Do not order any food from this place they gave me some old wings that was all dried up when they known better to just throw them away I guess they seen a black man and thought mabey he will eat them bad experience ever then the white little kids making the food was laughing when I brung the food back they knew exactly what they was doing
The first time I came here they were out of salads, wings, and tea. I was in line for a salad - frustrated having waited in line awhile. But thought ok, it’s a fluke or a late delivery. Will try again a month later.I just went through and was told they are out of all chicken fingers / breaded chicken on salads (this time I had planned to order fingers given the issues from the previous time).How do you stay in business if you cannot even keep your main staple items like chicken fingers and wings in stock?!? Corporate should have a field day with this lost revenue and poor management/supply chain issues that should never be actual issues. I’d rather it close than waste the time of customers!

If I could give this a 0 I would. This place is absolutely horrible, and quite frankly, I don’t know how they’re in business. Always seem to be out of stock of every sauce, utensil, drink and to go trays every time I go. An employee is eating chicken wings at the counter, licking his fingers, and touching the food. Service is extremely slow. If your food items are in stock, they are either wrong or missing. Management seems to be ran by children and do not care about any of these issues. You’ve been warned. Save your money.

They missed an item of my order. I was halfway through my salad before I got it. It was meant to be eaten with my salad. Disappointing.

Never received the sauces as printed on receipt but I was charged for them. I even ask did they include the sauces in the bag and was told yes it’s in there which I did not check until I arrive at home. No sauces. The chicken sandwich was burnt and the bun was burnt with 2 fingers imprinted in the bun. Bun was not fresh. The salad was scrimping on the chicken and the chicken was thin tiny pieces that was mostly burnt. This location was terrible and maybe it’s the shift that was working.
