I work in the.plaza and.oder here often. It takes longer.than it should to get your food. I've seen my order come.up and sit on the white cutting board while they stand there and talk and talk.. they take their time

I been to this location twice and my food wasn't good. I bought the wing combo. My wings weren't hard. My fries were soft. I went here a second time for Philly cheese steak combo. The bread was soft, and the bread was supposed to be cooked, making the bread hard. They used to be a good place to stop at a long time ago, but they slacking. I'm never coming to this location again.
I ordered this yesterday for a late lunch and give it a solid 8/10. I got the wings extra crispy which is perfect for having it delivered as they still hold that crisp once it gets to you. The hot wing sauce they have is delicious but I will say that while they give you a good portion size of fries and they are crispy, they lack seasoning which is sad.

I went in to this establishment and there was no one in there and it's lunch time so that was a little off putting. Anyway, I'm carousing the menu and I ask the little man behind the counter what's good to which he replies everything. That's fine too. You have to say that. I order the fried rice with some chicken wings, get the food, it was ok. There were two human hairs on one chicken wing but other than that I guess it was edible. I finish the meal and go to the restroom and it smells as if someone had recently had a bowel movement in there which is perfectly fine, but I go to wash my hands and there's NO SOAP. There are no customers and there are only employees so I go to the counter where they are all congregating and proceed to tell them there's no soap in the restroom and they obviously speak little English as they were looking at me crazily. I regret eating here, I feel nauseous and I hope that I save you all some time and money.
This location has improved tremendously. I love that they are now open on Sundays. My only complaint with them now are doing the weekdays when I come in for lunch. The cashier is always on his phone. I literally have to wait until he finishes what he’s doing on his phone for him to take my order. It’s an inconvenience to me since i only have 45 minutes for a lunch

Was noone in store when I purchased my food. Waited over 30mins and still no food. The ppl who came after me got their food. So I requested a refund and was over charged for the drinks cause that's all we got. Will not ever go again and will spread to everyone I know.

I’ve only had the wings, fries and Gyro but so far so good! Lots of fries and cooked well. Not under or over cooked. I like the fact that I can add my own seasoning they provide at counter. Customer service has been good thus far. No long wait for my order either but I know sometimes it can get busy and there may be a wait for fresh food. So far so good!

I knew I should have went and got my food,I wish when people order their food that you guys would take the time to read the COMMENT section, when doing Uber Eats it really make a difference.I needed the fries without salt.I have HBP and that salt raises That's why I put it in the comments so you would see it and know this person doesn't want salt.Not everybody wants that in their food.
