I love getting my food from Big Ts but for a very small size cup the size of Cole slaw 3.89. For a child in was charged really it was collard greens.

Came in to place a to go order. I had the 2 piece chicken dinner, collards, mac & Cheese, and the hash and rice. Everything was delicious! I really enjoyed the collards, which were seasoned to perfection.The service was quick and friendly, and also a good atmosphere to dine in.

We were very disappointed with the portions size for what we paid for a half slab of ribs the ribs didn't taste like they were cook on a grill we did not try any of the other sides don't know if we will be going back.

I have been going to Big T's for years.Today 1/19/2024, the Mac n cheese taste like it's out of the box. The hash obviously is a different recipe in other words gross. The ribs were burnt.Very dissappointed!

Bruh. I really want my thirty dollars back! Literally NOTHING WAS GOOD! Nothing. The cake was dryyyy n unflavored. The banana puddings cookies tasted weird and cheap and the pudding was kinda bland like it took a while to get the flavor to hit you. And the ox tails was just a disgrace. No lie. The Mac was ok but it was soggy. And it did not come with a drink to wash nun of that bland food down. The bbq chicken was NOT THAT. Red on the inside. Like omg no lie.I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS AND THE ONLY TIME I DO IS IF THE FOOD AND EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY BAD! Wouldn’t dare go back.

I am in disbelief at the service that was provided to me last night. All I wanted was a large barbecue plate that I didn't have to get hash and rice, but included 2 sides. Whenever I started asking about my options, the girl at the counter started laughing in my face so hard that she had to walk to the back and have her coworker take over. Probably the worst, most embarrassing customer service I've ever been provided as a couple in line saw the whole thing transpire as well. The food was alright. But I still don't understand how they were out of ox tail at 7 pm on a Friday. If you're offering something special, it should at least last until an hour before closing. That's all we came for. I could have done without this entire experience.
