Didn’t even get to order due to the rudeness of the staff. Waited for a response in drive-thru. Nothing.Then when I drove around to the front, I meet another employee. She stated they were open.. A man opens the door and start throwing his hands at us. When asked were they open he was very nonchalant about why they weren’t open and instead of going back inside to get stuff started he fellowship in the parking lot with a woman. Definitely not going back to this location.

They’re closed an hour past opening. No response at microphone. Pulled up to the window and they just stare at you. Parked to walk in and the girl locked the door on us. Terrible place. I’ve seen them turn away 6 customers now.

Their food is decent, however you HAVE to check it to make sure it is your order no matter what.Their hours aren’t what they advertise. Pulled up at 9:15, told they were closed. Posted hours are until 10p.Probably won’t go back to this location anytime soon for that reason

There's clearly a $1.99/ 5 piece add-on shrimp advertisement on their drive-thru menu that states "ITS FREE IF WE DON'T OFFER IT!" After placing our order, she asks if there's anything else, we said yes, 2 orders of the add-on shrimp that's advertised. She says, "anything else?" We say, "are the shrimp free? Since you didn't offer them?" She rudely says "no. Drive around." That's terrible service ? We have $5 for the shrimp, but that's false advertisement.

Came here to get my mom some fish because she being saying she wanted some!! I pulled up at 10:28.. The young lady said they still prepping... I've waited till 10:47 and no one answered. I drove to the window and the black young lady look me dead in the face and rolled her eyes!! Worse customer service ever!!!!
