We came here Saturday, February 10th one in afternoon or before and the cook was so slow and out of it. No hustle, no trying to get orders out as fast and proficient as possible, line backed up, it was horrible, then sa dwich was sloppy. My daughter went ba k ask for ketchup the cook had attitude with her told her it was some in the bag; just b polite and get her some ketchup if she asks fir it, she paid for her food geez. If you dont like your job, just don't do it get another one. Customer service is what is requured for these jobs, even person taking orders was kind of out of it. What going on with Old Charley's now, I just don't know......needs get people that will hustle and want to work. Just calling it like it was presented, it's always attitudes when you come here, I asked for my chicken be well, well cooked, it wasn't.

Only 2 people working one of the two left for 15 minutes. People were waiting in line and waiting for their orders. Some people asked for a refund. People need to be crossed trained if only one person is the cook. The young lady taking the orders should have been able to say. Give me a minute let me get the other orders out. Then grease is leaking from the ceiling in a puddle infront where customers wait. It is not a surprise people like to eat at Charleys but the establishment should take greater concern and pride in their product.It was brought to my attention that the cook went to the restroom... This is the reason why everyone should be cross trained.

This is one of the worst Charley's to go to. Always a long wait regardless of how many people are behind the counter not working. Don't actually open when they're supposed to either. Says 11am on website then when asked to place my order they said they don't have anyone who can operate the register yet. They let me wait for 10mins until someone else came and asked what was taking so long just for them to say they don't open till 12pm. They stood behind their kitchen door and just kept peeping out to see if I was still waitin

The cashier has the worst attitude in the world to serve, there was no one in line and in the same way she did not serve us until she felt like doing it, I see that there are similar ratings about her, they should educate her, although the sandwiches were good, I would never return for

I would live to leave review but as I approached the counter at 5:30pm I was informed they were closed! Not sure why you would close early in a mall during Christmas season but posted hours say 7pm.

The food is really good but there is a little wait as with any food made to order. The ladies preparing the food are fast and friendly even with some impatient customers. I noticed they are trying to fill online orders as well as a busy mall food court with lots of people. It's was well worth the wait for hot food made in front of you!!
