I am currently sitting in the mobile drive thru because I finally remembered I’d save time this way — except this line isn’t moving and the new arrivals in the left lane are getting served faster and flying through their line. I placed a mobile order but encountered issues during pickup, as the restaurant required me to join the drive-thru queue. Upon reaching the window, I was asked to pull forward due to difficulties locating my order. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring challenge at this location.

The drive thru team member Jaden was very polite, very professional & very patient with me as I redeemed my gift cards. His service was superb !!Now The bad news is my fries were not hot & I didn't get any sauce with my wrap !! :(
Check your order BEFORE you drive away! Items missing from my order has happened several times at this drive through. Sometimes sadly I don't go back because of the long lines and stress, but today I had to do a u turn and go back for a missed item - and to make it a little more annoying, they acted like "it's all good".You had one job!Parking: Parking is a real issue if you're having to go back because the drive through left out some items from your order and sent you on your way.
They forgot to add extra pickles to my sandwich and I flagged down a person who appeared to be a manager and they quickly resolved the issue.

Today I noticed the young man working the drive thru was wearing a strange looking safety vest. I actually asked him what was on his back . He showed me the gadget and it was a place to hold an ice pack. Genius!! Bravo Chick-fil-a for caring about your employees!!! 5 stars every day.

Waited in line 20 minutes to pick up my order for them to say I have to come in the one on Augusta road says go through drive the company stores aren't on the same page and are very unprofessional shows no empathy on inconvenience of the driver staff must realize drivers are working too.
