If I could give 6 stars I would! From the pleasant greeting, to the spotless dining hall, this restaurant should be a measure by which other Chic-fil-As should be compared. And a special shout out to Nicole, she made my daughter so happy, not only serving us, but coming to our table and checking on us mid meal. If that wasn’t enough she offered her a cookie or an ice cream! The last four times I’ve been here I’ve had issues with how my order was rung up and every time I try to call, I can’t get through. According to manager they don’t have the staff for answering phones. I’ve never had that problem with other chick fil a’s. This chick fil a gives them a bad name. I’ll take my business to Ballentine. It’s worth the drive.

If you order via App then expect very slow service in the drive thru. I eat at Chick-fil-A more often than I should and on average 1 mobile app order is fulfilled for every 6 regular drive thru order. Just go through the regular drive thru lane and have them scan your QR code on your app to receive points. Run-of-the-mill Chick-fil-A. Good food.
