Ive been going to cicis since I was a child, it’s a comfort place for me. The manager Jessie was so nice to everyone. Had an amazing attitude and came up to our table personally to ask how everything was and if I wanted my macaroni pizza remade because it wasn’t as fresh as he’d like it to be. Amazing service from him!!!

Usually a pleasant dining experience. Not today. Requested to speak to the Manager in regards to the Central Air. Was extremely cold. She offered my husband & I a table in the back. (The children's area) Very unpleasant. Also, the men's bathroom was dirty, including urine on the floor. The women's bathroom was dirty as well. End of story is, as we were leaving we noticed the Central Air had been turned off . Over all very bad dining experience. Honestly, only 1 star, & that was for the pizza.We will never go to this particular Cicis location again. ??????????

It was a great reliveable experience from childhood. Hadn't gone to cicis in forever, ever since they closed the one on garners ferry road. Used to go to cicis many times in the month when young, was a good price for your buck, to eat all you wanted. The workers were a joy to be around. Would have loved it more if they had done up the location like they had the one that closed would have made it so much like how I remembered it.

Wonderful service! I have been here a couple times before, and each time I am blown away by the cleanliness, kind workers and quality of the food. When we enter the restaurant we are greeted by the sweetest man who gives us an unlimited amount of water bottles. (All you have to do is ask.) He also told us that the cleanest plates were at the bottom which made sense:) Anyways, we love this location, so far this is the BEST Cici's pizza place out there. Thank you to the kind workers that do anything they can for their customers!
Nasty. Bad experience. It was a roach in the ice. They start closing at 8:50 even though it says online that they close at 10. They stop making fresh stuff and they rush you. It’s horrible. The lil ugly girl at the front got attitude problem and makes nasty remarks and she has BLUE long nasty looking braids or faux locs with no net or anything. It was a horrible experience. First bad experience in Columbia.

My family and I stopped by for lunch, even though it was pretty crowded we were able to get a table quickly and food was hot a fresh.As we enjoyed our lunch we got to meet Darrell, he was awesome at helping keep our table clean. And when he wasn't helping bus tables he seemed to always keep busy keeping the rest of the restaurant clean and looking good.So "Thank You Darrell" you are great example of someone who takes pride in his work.

My son (6) begs me all the time to bring him here. I can't help but give in from time to time and give him my enthusiastic YES! I can't beat the value for the pizza. It's so good. The employees work hard to keep the place clean and always have hot pizza. You can tell management cares about this place to have such motivated staff. We love the arcade games and always have to make sure we have extra money to play. We always have a great time and make memories just the two of us. Thanks for another great experience.Kid-friendliness: The arcade games are so fun! All you can eat pizza, too? Talk about an excellent experience for kiddos of all ages.
