Their food is usually on point! But after last night when I didn’t receive all my toppings on my burger which the patty was burnt by the way I had another tray which contained chicken nuggets everything was fried hard the hush puppies the fries tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a while just a bad a experience I had for the first time.

On our road trip, we hit up Cook Out 'cause, you know, signs everywhere. Grabbed a small burger, hot dog, onion rings, Cajun fries and this cashier-suggested shake with cheesecake, peaches, and walnuts – delicious ! The burger and dog were kinda basic, but that shake? Thick, no straw vibes, just spoon action. Affordable prices, parking's chill, service is quick, but the place was a bit meh on the clean side.

I went to the Forest Dr location on 1/31/23. No friendly smile from the young woman at the register. Very nonchalant attitude. I ordered a "BBQ" sandwich. This is what I got pictured below. I asked about coleslaw and she said it comes on the sandwich. This is awful if they're calling it coleslaw. Do better Cookout. The eggnog shake was good.

This Cookout is awesome! The people that work here are so nice and efficient! It's always clean, and our food comes out super fast.I had one visit where the quesadillas were dry/stale with almost no filling, but that was a one-off situation. I've been back multiple times since then and gotten good food. This place has never turned out a bad milkshake, though! Love the staff and love the shakes!

I ordered a small cheeseburger with lettuce tomato ketchup and mustard. Well they definitely got the small part right and put so much mustard it was dripping off the burger and parts of the bread were so hard I couldn't eat it. Usually I have a good experience at Cookout but not this time.
