This is a great concept. It's fun. if you're hungry, this is the place to go. You pretty much start at the salad bar soon after you sit down and the gauchos come continually with everyone of the meats. We found the quality to be quite good. The meat is a little salty. Overall we enjoyed it.

I could have been happy just eating from the cold and hot salad bar alone. The meats were nice. The ribeye was my favorite. Loved the caramelized pineapple. The flan was tasty, just a bit sweet. Great service. Clean. It was my first visit.

The service was excellent. OMG the flank steak, garlic bread, and grilled pineapple were absolutely delicious. The passionfruit caipirinha was amazing! I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

I went on a Monday for a birthday date. It was fewer people and very intimate. We enjoyed the food along with the price for it. Our server was excellent throughout the night making sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely enjoyed every part of our meal. William our server was spot on and took even our pickiest requests without missing a beat. The food was amazing. I highly recommend that you take the time to check them out

I love going to the establishment. The service was great! Unfortunately for me the food lacked overall seasoning (hot bar and meats). I didn't eat as much as I would have liked because everything was bland). Would definitely go again but will pack my own seasonings just in case.

Every time my wife and I go here it is a great experience. The waiting staff are always kind and will get anything you need. The food is of higher quality and you can eat your full. I would highly recommend Cowboys for a nice night out.

The romantic art deco building was a wonderful venue for the Brazilian steakhouse. Our top food favorites were the house steak, lamb chops, the pineapple and the chicken soup. Seriously don't miss the chicken soup. It's all alone on the buffet getting no attention, but it melts in your mouth. A bit of lemon from the shrimp tray makes the soup even better. Skip the brisket and parmesan pork IMO. I didn't try any chicken, but everything else is worth making some room for in your stomach.

My family was in town for a campus tour of USC this past weekend. We looked up the Resturant online. We were pleasantly surprised. The location was great-close to campus. The huge buffet was wonderful with many tasty choices to try. We finally had to say no to the many different protein choices because we were too full. The decor was beautiful. Our server, William was excellent. We had a wonderful time. If my son chooses USC, we will make this a rotating favorite Resturant with every visit. Wish I could have given it 10 stars!

As a small table we were often over looked and would have to wait long times for the food to be brought by. The filet mignon was the worst I've ever had, 0 seasoning and tough. The garlic steak was taken to the extreme, couldn't hardly eat it. The pork and chicken were way over cooked and dry. For the price it definitely wasn't worth it.

This was my second visit. The first was excellent on a Tuesday. This one was on Saturday. Some of the meats were dry and tough. The worse part was there were bats flying all over my food. The manager never came to the table to address.

We really enjoyed our dinner there. The only slight negative was that occasionally, the Gauchos would overlook our table even though our little notification cards were green. We had to call out to be noticed twice, lol. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.

Great Valentine's Day dinner, no complaints, meats were delicious. Be prepared to get full fast, so don't eat too much of the buffet. The only very minor thing was that we thought we were getting the early bird rate, but apparently it was not applied because "of the Valentine's Day volume". It was not a big difference in price though.

They were not busy but we still had to wait over 15 minutes past our reservation. We were asked how we liked out steak cooked but then ALL meat that was brought to us was well done (over-cooked).
