Hello All,My family and I ordered from Cynthia Doul Food and we really enjoyed the food. I had the T-Bone steak ? medium done and it was official. The steak was juicy and tender, seasoned to perfection with fried onions ? rice with gravy and string beans. I give a 10/10. My family had the fried whiting fish, mac and cheese with greens. They gave it a 8/10. I recommend this restaurant to all. Thank Cynthia ?

The worst! They came to my job on Feb. 12, 2023. I waited in the cold to place my order. The people before me got their orders... I'm still waiting, then the people after me started getting their order so finally I asked for my food. The lady went on to say she gave my order to someone else. Remind you I stood there the whole time and she never called my name. Then goes on to tell me I had to give them more food tickets. Why, why does people have to be so unorganized. Cynthia finally decided to replace the order, after I had been outside in the cold for over an hour waiting! I hope my job never decide to use them again! I almost forgot, they didn't have enough food!

We had them come to our job....they ain't wanna drop no chicken..... ran out of everything but subs how a soul food spot ain't got no soul food smh and only Gave me 5 fires and they was nasty as heck soggy in grease. Only reason I ain't get to upset at the Truck was it was free my job paid for it. And it was a hour wait the like had 15 people and it took a whole hour. ?

Cynthia prepared my Thanksgiving Dinner, which everything I ordered was cooked to profection, very tasty and seasoned very well, we had finger licking goodness here. Turkey Wings all left the pans very fast, candy Yams so mouth watering, Dressing very good, Macaroni disappeared fast. Pound Cake to die for, lemon glazed. Perfectly baked as I expected. Cynthia will go far in this business, She is a People Person, striving to please Her Customers, I do appreciate Her, will be calling on Her again, my Family thanks you as well.

The picture doesn't do it justice. I got a small plate and had already started digging in. You can't help it, the aromas coming out of that plate??? the servings are generous and the food is outstanding. Writing this review makes me want to get another plate. And actually that was my only disappointment, I didn't buy another plate to eat later Cynthia and her family are local, and she's been cooking in the area for years and has never disappointed. You definitely need to get some. I will continue to patronize her and eat myself into a food coma❤️

Conveniently located just inside the Colombia Place Mall (second floor) Great front Cashier knowledgeable about the menu while eager to assist in taking your order. Food was prepared “Fresh” & in a timely manner; by the chief! Mind you (cooked with love)?? ???Special was applied to my order . Two piece Fresh Whiting plus shrimp & three sides. Order was correct w/h no miss happs … all within 15-18min time frame. Owner “Cynthia” Evan took the time to great & assure a satisfied experience. Traveled in Colombia & wanted a “good bite of soul food”… Will defiantly return & highly recommend!Food for thought (finished the plate before I could think about a picture !!!!

The potato salad is to die for!! My roommate had the smothered pork chop and that's my next meal there! Melt in your mouth and the gravy yess! Cynthia!! And my other roommate finished off her turkey leg before we got back to the hotel!! I wish I had taken a picture but we dived all in!! Greens, Mac and cheese, and collards!! We were visiting for graduation at Fort Jackson! And we'll be back!

Purchased ItalianTurkey wing (only 1 wing, despite pics showing 2?) and 3 sides. Wanted "double" macncheese for 2 of the sides and told $1.50 more? That's on top of the already inflated $16.99+ tax!? Portion size was extremely small for the price. Italian wing was tough and mainly fat!.. Yams were undercooked and server spooned yam sauce all over mac-n-cheese! Yuck. My 1st and last visit. Not worth almost $19!
