Honestly, go for the games. Every time I've gone to the food side I've been given attitude by the servers. And the food really isn't that good. The game side however is a lot of fun. Especially the old school games.

We waited over one hour and 15 minutes for our food. Once it finally arrived, it was of good quality plus waitress was very nice. The line to pick up a game card was super slow too. That sure was a waste of time just like the restaurant. Many of the games malfunctioned. They were just broken and inoperable. Others took your money/chips and didn't perform or stopped performing.

We went on Saturday April 21 to celebrate our son's 14th birthday. The service was slow, I had a game mess up. It was one of the drop coin ones. I had over 300 credits being added to the 18 on the game. It froze and they gave me 10 credits. The food was cold and our server was slow and tried to charge us for 6 teas. When out of 5 2 had tea and only one got the free refill.

This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I have had. We brought our grandson to play in the arcade and heard their food was good, so we decided to have lunch here before playing. We've been here 2 hours now & our son just finished eating after we waited over 90 minutes for our food. My wife still hasn't received her meal. To add insult to injury, we haven't seen our server... at all. The bar tender has been graciously helping us in addition to her busy area.I have seen multiple people be seated, wait 30 minutes, then get up & walk out - never getting visited by a server. It has become a quest to see if my wife ever gets her food.I recommend against eating here at Columbiana Mall Dave & Busters, period.The one person who worked hard for us was Lakin. She is a credit to this organization and should be applauded for her attempts to see we were served.

Her warm and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease and she went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a great time. She anticipated all our needs and catered to them with a smile, making sure we were all satisfied with our meals. Jacqui's exceptional service made our dining experience all the more enjoyable and we have already decided that she will be the only waitress we want for our next visit. I come to this D&B pretty frequently to play during low-volume hours. I've only ever gotten food from this location once, and they forgot about me. I waited for over an hour and when I got my food, it was barely warm and obvious that it had been sitting out for most of that time.I almost always have trouble with at least one game per visit, but usually it's more often than that, especially with the coin games. I'm not sure why the games at this location seem to malfunction so much. The good news is that Howard is usually there on the days I play! He is always super helpful and quick to get the games back to working again. He recognizes me when I come in and remembers little things (he knows I love the Angry Birds coin game best, for example). He works hard, and is always around to help when needed, and really makes the experience much more enjoyable. I'm always glad to see him working when I come in, because I know he will be quick to whatever game inevitably malfunctions!
