Honestly don’t get how you close at 7 and run out of donuts at 10… like what do you guys even do? They didn’t have most of the donuts I wanted by 10. Maybe talk should start making donuts throughout the day.

Amazing place to go if you want your order wrong every single time! After about 15 days in a row of my order being wrong, I’m going to just drive a little further to a different location. Maybe instead of remodeling, the money should have been spent on training employees. But that’s okay, I understand how hard a medium iced coffee with caramel and cream and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel is. It’s a very complex order. Why should I expect caramel in my coffee or bacon on the bagel with an order that complex?

This place gets smashed when I’m late to soccer games. Donuts are gorgeous and the coffee slaps with the best. Also the store front just got a facelift.

My order is always correct. The ladies who work here are always nice and friendly.
Rude staff, the average to get your coffee is 30+ minutes through the drive-thru. If you go in you will get served quicker, but parking is a bear and staff will still treat you like an interruption of their day along with you have to make sure the coffee is what your ordered. When you go through the drive-thru you will sit there watching them make the inside customers coffees while your food & coffee sit on the counter. Today they made 12 other cups of coffee before handing me my order that was completed & waiting. 2 out of 3 times your coffee will be wrong & they will argue with you when you say it's not correct. Such as Pumpkin vs French Vanilla. The retention @ this establishment is horrible, so, at some point the owners have to take some responsibility as well. All in all worth a trip 2 miles down the road for newly opened Seven Brew. They greeted with smiles, and I was in & out in less than 5 minutes.

First it was there stupid covid rules and now they have cut there donut variety in half eliminating all of my favorites. If you are a walk in customer you will get 0 help. I'm so done with Dunkin.
