#1 NYC prices $15 4A 7-9 incher CalZONE#2 First night I ordered the Calzone was on a scale of 10, 7.2 or 7.3 Babby, BUT was like it was made in a bistro, cafe, although goumet, VG, very good#3 The second time I ordered this week, "NIGHT & DAY" 2 expensive Calzone's $15 geach and the bread was delicious BUT the Philly steak combo inside gross and the Spin cheese inside even worse.#4 They said they would talk to the night kitchen short order cook, help but sweetie girl on the phone today said she never heard a complaint.#5 Read the Google reviews, they differ from WHAT she told me.#6 MY FRIEND from NYC knows the owner and he is a good guy, and does have good consistency and quality control with the good he MAKEs & serves. The big girl I think her name is Olivia is extremely rude for no reason. You work at a calzone place that relies on your customers to turn a profit, learn to treat them right. I’m sure once the college kids who put up with this leave for Summer, you have no business. If she were gone y'all would be in a much better place.

The manager and staff here are very rude. We spent $25 and were splitting it as a group but since we only put it on one card, they would only allow one of us could use the bathroom. They did not tell us this until after we made our purchase. Before we made our purchase, all they said was that the bathroom was for customers. They said if we all wanted to use the bathroom then my friends should have each bought a $2 water bottle, but we had already made one purchase on one card to make it easy on the staff. When I told them that rule didn’t make sense because we were splitting the charge, a staff member told us we needed to leave the premises for making a scene. We weren’t even finished eating. We were sober and respectful but they were really disrespectful to us. Happy to no longer be a customer or support this business. The staff kept saying the manager is rude because she’s under a lot of pressure, but being rude and unwelcoming will not make her more successful as a manager.

Takes a little waiting but the calzones we tried were delicious (chicken bacon ranch and 3 pigs). Ingredients were fresh. My husband and I loved it.

Ordered DoorDash and the order was accepted but never delivered. I attempted to call the store 7 times and there was no answer. Two different DoorDash agents attempted to call the store with no answer as well. The store fulfills all of their orders with their own drivers when ordered through DoorDash. I could not get a full refund for this reason.

I had a great experience with this restaurant! I was very impressed with how this place stayed opened until 4a.m! The young lady was working the kitchen by herself, and let me just say, she did an amazing job! The food was delicious and everything was freshly made. 10/10! I have found myself a good late night spot for my friends and I. I left the restaurant a proud customer, you all will be seeing me again soon.

The food is good but the reason I gave it a 3 star is because when I call in my order.The person who answers the phone call doesn't give any energy like she doesn't want to take orders and not nice to me...
Eddie's doesn't close until 4:00am. That is one of its best features. The other best feature is the food and their workers. This place is awesome!! I will definitely be back.

Terrible service, put in an order on door dash ( which cost over 25$ for a single calzone) only to get confirmation that my order was being received I waited an hour and it still said it was being prepared I have tried calling the store multiple times with no answer during open business hours. It has now been two hours with no reply or update to my order. And the best part is DoorDash won’t offer me a refund. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

I want to like them. Unfortunately, I just can’t. Their food is overpriced, their portions are extremely small, and their quality is mediocre at best. My fries were not even cooked, they were raw. Yikes, that’s hard to mess up…. The calzone was 5/10. Not terrible, but nothing I would brag about. Hate to say this, but unfortunately I will not eat here again. Out of $50, the only thing good was my bottle of Sprite. That’s just disappointing. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.
