It’s hard to find consistency throughout the firehouse sub locations . Some locations they don’t put enough meat , the bread looks smaller , bad costumer service, or all three. Last time I had a good hook and ladder was at the concord mills mall location. This place was great ! Sub and Service were excellent ! Will make sure to make a stop there each time I’m on my way back and forth to Charleston.

Quick, professional service. When I double-checked my order to make sure all items were there, the staff was quick to admit to their mistake & replace the missing item. The subs & sides were fresh & very delicious with all changes to items requested!
Wasn't a super busy day so sandwich was quickly prepared and staff was kind. Love the Italian sub but Im starting to get curious about the new chicken parm sub,maybe next time.

This location served me a really great sandwich that i was very happy with. Friendly employees and the food was fresh and tasted great. I’ll be back to this locationVegetarian options: You can modify the sub to be vegetarian. mine was full of plenty of cheese and vegetables. No skimping like most places!

Parking is crazy over here because of the chick fil a crowd. So be careful.
We ordered for pick up, 4 sandwiches and a bowl of soup, my son went to pick everything up for us. When he got home first thing we noticed was no soup, 2.of the boys got n Italian sandwiches and they were fine, my other son got a ham and cheese with lettuce, for some reason tomato and onion had been added, I got a NY steamer. With lettuce tomato and onion, the problem was the meat was just at that point it tasted and smiled on the verge of turning.I called the store and got no answer, so I went online to get some help, sent a message and got an email back saying they were sorry. No offer of refund for the soup we didn't get, the sandwich that was made wrong and the sandwich with the meat that had gone bad. The message said I would hear from someone, almost 2 weeks later noting.
